Tam Coc Sweet Home

Everything was perfect. The location is great. Centre for everything but still very quite and you can have a peaceful sleep and rest. Its about 150 mtr walk to a small alley. The room was the best I have stayed in Vietnam, I loved it so much that I came for a day but I extended my stay for 2 days. It was clean and cozy, everything you need towel, brush, comb, mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer etc. It is all in the room. It was clean, neat & very spacious and the bathroom was super clean as well with hot and cold water both available. The host family are very sweet, kind and helpful people. They will not bother you at all but still be there if you need anything. They asked me for my breakfast choice and prepared it for me fresh. I felt so much at peace being here. I am soo soo glad I chose to stay here and be with a local family and not in a random hotel. If I ever come again to Ninh Binh, I know where to stay always. Yes you might find cheaper options to live around the area or nearby but will I still pay a bit more and stay here, Absolutely Yes.

The towels in the room were dirty and smelly so I had to buy one which was inconvenient as I was travelling light

The homeowners were very frienldy and helpfull. We hired their scooter and explored the amazing place. They even offered a laundry service, which was perfect for us! And because our transfer was plannend for the night, they let us stay until we had to catch our train, just for a small price :)

Lovely Homestay. The rooms were really clean and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The bikes were in good condition, and rental was easy through the property. The location was also perfect.
