Grounds are nice and opposite lake. Comfy bed.
We also did our own washing while staying here and the owner allowed us to hang our clothes on their roof terrace which was so nice
Was a little hard to find and we had no service when we arrived in Tam Coc. Also upon arriving our room door was open which meant there were bugs and flys in our rooms which were hard to remove

Great location, 2min walk into town but away from all husle and great value. Very peaceful and sitting out by the water for breakfast was so chilled. Would recommend. Family very friendly.
Not really a dislike but it took a long time to respond to emails.

Very pretty location. Tam Coc is a busy town, it was nice to be away from the noise. Enjoyed sitting by the lake, cool beer in hand. Have to walk a little way to catch a Grab but it was easy enough.
The room was not clean. It needed a really good scrub from top to bottom. It was also quite dark and the air-conditioner was not very efficient (probably just needed the filters cleaned).
The mosquito nets were dusty and the curtains mouldy.
Breakfast was okay.
