Wonderful stay in a lovely apartment, we hope to return and explore more of Italy using this as our base.

Location was amazing, so close to the centre but also on a really quiet street! Apartment was nicely decorated with full amenities. Beds were comfortable and the terrace area was beautiful! Giuseppa was so welcoming, friendly and full of helpful tips for our stay!

We definitely recommend staying here — perfect apartment to enjoy Bologna

We stayed at Giuseppina and Marco’s apartment as a couple+ 7 months baby, and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spotless!!!, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located for exploring Bologna. Giuseppina was incredibly thoughtful and prepared everything we needed, including a comfortable baby bed, special sheets, a blanket, and towels that she even washed with a different gentle detergent, which we truly appreciated. Marco was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our visit. He assisted us with everything we needed, including arranging transportation from and to the train station, which made our departure smooth and easy even under a tight schedule. They also provided a fantastic list of recommended cafés, restaurants, and lovely walking routes around the city that really enriched our stay and helped us discover wonderful spots around the city.

controlling the heat in the apartment had to be done remotely by our hosts, which were very attentive and made changes immediately when were asked to, but it was less convenient.

Lovely apartment, very clean and spacious. All needs thought of and catered for. Felt like home away from home. Giuseppina is so lovely - felt like meeting family. She is so welcoming and loving.

Awesome apartment in the heart of Bologna

This was our fourth time visiting Bologna and this apartment was the nicest we have had. Giuseppina and Marco were great and the check-in was very easy. Two bedrooms, one with an ensuite. Separate bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated. It is the quietest place we have stayed in Bologna and still right in the heart of the action. The apartment is on the first floor and there is an elevator if you need it. Highly recommended.

This flat is beautiful, convenient, safe, and full of incredible design elements. It has a terrace, a comfy living room, a well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and more. The hosts were beyond kind and wonderful. Already cannot wait to return to Bologna to explore more and enjoy the wonderful Bologna food & beverages. So many things you would want to see are an easy walk from this flat. Take the opportunity to see Bologna and stay here, you will not regret it!

Giuseppina and Marco were very friendly and helpful. The cafe and restaurants they recommended were so good. The flat was in a very convenient location; many attractions around that are just a few minutes walking distance. It was clean and spacious space. we really enjoyed our time there (4 adults and a child).

Bologna lots of history and great food.

The location was perfect for our food tour and visit of historic sites. Our host was so kind and easy to communicate with. She met us upon arrival and came by to see us off. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had a well stocked kitchen and beautiful patio space to enjoy breakfast and dinner. This is the place to stay when in Bologna.

Excellent

Spacious modern apartment which offers great comfort. An outdoor terrace is an extra bonus in this central location. And the location is perfect for exploring Bolognas center. Since it is in a little side street it is quiet at night. We arrived by car and our hosts, Guiseppina and Marco, reserved a spot in the garage under the building (direct access from the garage to the apartment and the permit to enter the ZTL; extra cost for the garage and permit). Guiseppina went out of her way to make our stay a very pleasant one. Highly recommended

This is a gorgeous flat in a brilliant location just five minutes from the centre of Bologna. It has everything you need and more besides! Giuseppina and Marco are incredibly thoughtful and welcoming hosts, and went the extra mile to make our stay as easy as possible. They booked us a brilliant restaurant on our first night, and were very helpful throughout. It was just a shame we were only here for two nights! The beds are comfy and the aircon works, the terrace is beautiful (hard to believe you're in a major city), and there were even toys for the kids and a firestick to watch Netflix etc (we used our home login). There's literally nothing bad I can say about this place and we hope to be back soon!

The all apartment is just perfect, confortable bed, big sized rooms, with a nice terrace. Perfect location and private underground parking on site, 25eur per day but worth it. Giuseppina was very accomodating with our arrival and departure times. Much appreciated.

A perfect base for exploring Bologna and beyond. We are already planning our return.

This second floor immaculate two bed/two bath Apartment was very spacious, perfect for our family of four, and amazingly quiet for its very central location. The photos for the property on the Booking.com website do not do the outside terrace/balcony justice; in the sunshine this is a lovely outside sitting space. The location could not be better, being situated on a side street just off the main shopping street and within 5-10 minutes walk of Piazza Maggiore and the Two Towers. The owners, Giuseppina and Marco, could not have been more helpful, being available all the time by WhatsApp to ensure that we had a great and stress-free stay in Bologna, including arranging a taxi to take us back to the airport and to book restaurants if needed.

Fantastic location and splendid hygiene.

The apartment is safe, very clean and very spacious with comfortable beds. Airconditioning everywhere. Every room has its own bathroom. The big sunny terrace is fantastic. The location is perfect in the center and all shopping and central station easy to reach by foot. (not more then 10mins) Taxi from the airport is only 20€ Our host Giuseppina is the most wonderful host we ever met. Always a smile. She helps arranging everything you want. I would highly recommend to ask her to book restaurants. She knows all the good restaurants and she really made our holiday one of the best ever. Thank you Giuseppina! We will be back. Ciao.

The apartment is fantastic, it has plenty of space and is in a great location. The terrace is an added bonus. Giuseppina is a wonderful host who went out of her way to ensure our visit to Bologna was a success including recommending many activities and places to eat, she booked a number of restaurants for us all of which were excellent and arranged the taxi back to the airport. I would recommend this apartment and if I return to Bologna would book it again.

Beautiful city, friendly people, .great food , fantastic apartment , excellent host.

On arrival at the property we were greeted by the owner Giuseppina. She was warm and friendly and gave us lots of advise on restaurants etc in the area. The apartment far exceeded our expectations with everything you would need for a long or short stay. The outdoor terrace was a wonderful addition for dining or sitting out in the evening. The apartment was so centrally located in the old town. Everything was within waking distance. There are lovely restaurants within minutes of the apartment including Italian Indian and Chinese,all of which were wonderful. Don't get me started on the pastry shops, one better than the next. We spend four wonderful days in Bologna. Its such a beautiful city with plenty to do and see, from bars, restaurants, shopping, and sight seeing. On the day of our departure Giuseppina came to see us off and went out of her way to organise a taxi for us to go to the airport. She was so kind. We look forward to a return visit. 10 /10 for Bologna.... 11/10 for the Apartment and Giuseppina.

great appartment!

Great appartment! Two lovely rooms with comfortable beds and each their own bathroom. Ideal for a stay with 4 people, a family, a group of friends... The kitchen is spotless and very well equipped for cooking (supermarkets and a very nice bakery close by). Large terrace, and really quiet location during the night (at least in winter when no aircos were on). The appartment is in a super central location - every part of the city is within walking distance. The owner was welcoming and responsive in case of questions or problems. She arranged a taxi for us on the day we left. No would surely book again!
