Great location, cosy cabin 🏞️
Great location for lots of interesting walks, and only a short stroll into Keswick - perfect for what we wanted to do. Cabin was well kitted-out, particularly the kitchen - we cooked several nights and had everything we needed there. Electric fire and plenty of electric heaters meant it got pretty cosy in the evenings too!
One of the sinks leaked on our first day - however this was dealt with within the same day by the caretaker.

Ewe How, a perfect accommodation in a perfect location
The property benefits from a great location, lovely views and fantastic wildlife in the garden. We walked the local hills and along the river extensively directly from the lodge and also enjoyed great food and drink in town, of an evening, without the need to drive. A great variety of birds including woodpeckers next to the decking. What’s not to like.
Nothing! There is a little traffic noise from the A66 but don’t let that put you off, this lodge is perfectly located for a trip to the wonderful Lake District.
