The tea could have been free of charge. As there was so much snow, there could have been a better solution established at the entry door of the apartment to clean the snow and dirt from the shoes.

It’s close to the City center, there are so many Restaurants around the hotel. Staffs were all nice and helpful, our room was fully equipped.

Perfect stay

Here is a natural, hotel-style English translation: The apartment is very tastefully arranged and provides complete autonomy for living. The mattress is soft, the pillows are comfortable, everything is clean and convenient. In the morning, I didn’t even want to get out of bed 😁 Excellent soundproofing from the street. The location allows you to reach any point in the Old Town on foot, as well as the bus and train stations. The staff is friendly, and any questions are solved easily and with a smile. Special thanks to the girl at the reception who was working on Saturday evening — she treated the situation with the keys with genuine kindness.

The only thing missing was a working towel heater in the bathroom.

A very good place, at a reasonable price, for customers with various travel purposes. The apartments were equipped and provided with everything necessary. Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Very tasty hotel-provided breakfasts with a wide selection.

I would not choose apartments on the basement floor again, but that is due to personal feelings.

good for a short stay

love the apartment spacious and complete with a kitchen and very clean

really didn’t like that there’s a large mirror above the bed and the antlers of a stag without the head🤦🏽‍♀️. the amenities were like non existent very little in fact. there’s a construction going on in front of the apartment which we didn’t know about so it’s a bit difficult for transportation, i guess they didn’t tell us because it’s just started

It was at a convenient location in the city. The apartment was quite big and passable.

We have been deeply disappointed by the service. There were no dishwasher tablets in the apartment so we left the dishes in the dishwasher and decided to take care of them in the evening after getting the dishwasher tablets. The cleaning person stacked the visibly dirty dishes and utensils from the dishwasher back on to the shelf. Next day we left couple of mugs in the sink after tea, and dirty cups were on the shelf again with the clean cups.

Overall good apartment and good location

Both units we had were comfortable and the space well planned, there was space for luggage and closets, both apartment overall were very comfortable.

In one of the units AC did not work properly in one of the units, and the 2 windows had no blinds to keep the light out… the window in the ceiling that at first seemed cute was especially annoying with the sunlight hitting us at like 4:30 or 5 am… if you fix those two things, it will be great.

Comfortable bed, blackout curtains, good for sleeping. I did not use the kitchenette, but seems like there was plenty of equipment if needed. Location was excellent, in the old town.

Cleanliness was good, definitely not unclean, but could do with an improved standard and a better scrub in places. In the morning, you can hear everyone's steps upstairs and it's quite loud - woke me up a few times as I assume the rooms were cleaned upstairs, there were a lot of bangs. No iron in the room, possibly in the reception, but I had no time to ask. Bathroom has nowhere to put your makeup or other things on near the sink - recommend installing some shelves or a unit.

Difficult to relax due to thin walls.

Even though the location is great - the walls are incredibly thin. Since the apartment is right on the street - the passing cars were loud, and conversations and infant cries from the apartments beside and above were so loud, as if there were no walls at all. Not the best spot for relaxation, but it's alright if you plan to be out more than inside.

It was not good wben for one night

Spacious, great location.

Absolutely terrible smell of smoke. Staying with kids there was not good. Thin walls, you can hear everyone’s alarms around. It was in a basement, but maybe it was written while ordering, not sure.

Great stay :)

The room was really good and I had everything I needed, from plates to glasses and so on! Nothing to complain about. Everything worked out well. Bed was really comfy and the room clean. Close to the city center, central station and public transport in general. The room got cleaned every day and I got new towels, even tho I didnt ask for it. Can really recommend this place :)

Staff is great, very accommodating. Rooms are big, nice layout and comfortable beds with clean linens and the showers have strong water pressure. You cannot beat the price.

We liked the location. You have a full selection of buses to go anywhere u like. Also if we would like to walk to the old city it is very appropriate.

We didn’t like the system of their toilets we’ve been removed to a difficult room 3 times due to this malfunction. Also it was pretty cold in the room and when we arrived to Lithuania it was minus 12 degrees so we would tho that it would accommodate a worm facility

Sheets and towels - I suppose they were clean but didn't have that fresh stiffness and nice smell - were neutral. Decorative pillows and bed cover were worn out - pilled and with hanging threads.

We stayed in basement apartment. Shower and bathroom tiles were moldy. It felt really humid in the room, even bed linen felt humid.

10 stars. We got a very nice apartment here, it was really quiet! The people on the reception spoke Russian well, which eased communication with them for us, Belarusian tourists. We needed to print our flight tickets and it was done for free.

As for the drawbacks, the pillows were a bit uncomfortable for our liking, and the apartment lacked such things as disposable slippers, drinkable water and tea. But this this not be promissed. Although there was a flat-screen TV, there was no coffee machine. However, all these complications were minor.

Wouldn’t stay again.

Good location and the size of the room was decent. We liked that the apartment was in a different room from the reception- felt more private. Comparably cheap parking on site.

The bathroom was very dirty, loads of limescale, mould etc. the extractor also didn’t work. Overall ventilation in the building isn’t great. Someone was cooking food in a nearby apartment and it felt like food was being cooked our room. I had to put my clothes back to the suitcase so it wouldn’t soak in the smell.
