Perfect location for a short stay.

Price quality ratio was good. Location of the hotel was perfect, near rail and bus station, near old town lots of thing where walkable. Breakfast was ok, not special.

There was a kind of fan running time to time what makes a lot of noise, also during the night. Pretty annoying.

The best place for a short stay if you want to explore the Old Vilnius

Very friendly and helpful receptionists, we checked in late at night and then after the check out we could leave our luggage at the hotel for almost the whole day Breakfast was good, too, especially for its price It was our second stay there, and I know we’ll return again

The location is really good. You can reach the old town and the public transportation easily. The room size is and the room equipments are good.

The bathroom have to be more clean - moldy corners and shower door - and the kettle was with thick limescale.

A disappointing experience that had potential

Large room and large shower cubicle. There was also a kitchenette. Only a 10 minute walk to the old town area and near many other sites. The breakfast had a good choice and was replenished often.

The room was not cleaned properly. As soon as we walked in, we saw crumbs on the bench top and long hair on the window sill. The shower plug hole also had hair in it, which prevented the water from draining properly. Of the sixteen places we have stayed in on this trip, this was by far the most unclean room. There was also no soap/ shampoo containers in the shower, merely one small sachet of soap and two small sachets of shampoo. We were staying three nights! We had to go each day and ask for more supplies. Unfortunately, the bed was a little too soft for us.

Great accommodation in the heart of the old town

Clean, quiet, well-maintained, safe and just overall amazing accommodation in the heart of Vilnius old town. Can definitely recommend! I was particularly impressed how well the little kitchenette was equipped!

Comfortable location. Close to the train station and the Old Town. Clean. Cleaning and change of towels every day. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are quiet and pleasant. Wonderful, plentiful and varied breakfast. Good value for money. Definitely recommend.

Close to the train station and convenient for the old town. Good breakfast and helpful breakfast staff.

No lift which is a problem if you are on the third floor. Room servicing very poor - sometimes bathroom not cleaned, tea and coffee not renewed, cups not cleaned. Poor sound proofing. - could hear people in the next room. Reception staff very rude - not at all welcoming on arrival or apologetic when told about poor room servicing.

Not a Bad Choice

Nice location - not far from the old town, where you would find some good restaurants and shops.

The receptionist could have been more friendly when we were checking in. I personally believe they should try to improve their English and be more cautious with thier choice of words when speaking to their guests. Anyhow, one of their colleagues helped us with the laundry and she was very helpful, too bad I did not ask for her name.

Not your best choice.

Central location

The room was awful. It was on the third floor with no elevator, right under the roof. The skylight windows were covered with blinds and couldn’t be opened, so no sunlight or fresh air came in. The staff was very unfriendly, especially a dark-haired employee who tried to charge me for an extra breakfast even though I didn't have any. Never again!

The room and it’s layout is terrible, this is not good enough to be a double. Bathroom is very difficult to use - you need to step into the shower to get the door closed and be able to to use the toilet and then do the opposite again to get out of the bathroom - this is not ok for a three star hotel! Room had no air, it was difficult to get to the window because the table was blocking it - again the size of the room and layout are terrible. I wanted my room to be cleaned daily, used the sign on the door. First day it was done, the other times only changed the towels - which I didn’t ask for and had left them hanging -, but the toilet and everything else in the bathroom was left dirty and there was a spider left on my bathroom wall to share it with me for the rest of my stay.

Everything was perfect. Reception girl was amazing, unfortunately I forgot her name. Breakfast was very delicious, very nice atmosphere. Hotel was very clean and room was big. We were very close to the relway station, and bus station. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay & good value for money :)

Great value for money - good size bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows. The bathroom is quite modern; the staff is friendly (I was able to store my bag and check in early) and the breakfast is self serve with good variety. The wifi was strong and I'd happily stay again next time I am in Vilnius!

Slightly further outside of town, although I normally wouldn't have minded (it was just quite cold and snowy when I arrived). The hotel itself looks a little dated on the outside, but the rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable.
