    Very disappointing experience. The first room had a strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom area, which is why I requested another room. The front desk initially gave me a different room, but then the manager came and angrily told me I had to move back because I had briefly used the bathroom and sat or laid on the bed in the first room. She was extremely rude and even threatened to charge me for two rooms. I was simply trying to get a clean, comfortable room without a bad odor. Instead of helping, the manager made the situation stressful and uncomfortable. Poor customer service and very unprofessional behavior. I would not stay here again.
