Great Experience

Stayed at Hotel Rinno for 2 nights in a standard room and had a very pleasant experience. Everything was great, but the highlight was definitely the receptionist. She was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and really made the stay feel special. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but I would genuinely be happy to see her again on a future visit. :)

Decent hotel with a friendly staff

The room was old fashioned but was pretty comfortable. the wifi was really strong and reliable. I was there in the freezing Lithuanian winter and I couldn't lock the window (or I didn't know how) but it didn't affect the room temperature. The beds were comfortable. not too hard and not too soft. The room was cleaned daily. Not meticulously was I was happy with it. The breakfast is basic but tasty and fills you up. They don't use keycard but an actual key but it's not attached to a big plastic block and you don't have to drop it off at the front desk every time you leave so that was no problem. the staff was pretty friendly too. Location wise it was also pretty centrally located.

The bathtub wasn't too clean. there was also no soap provided. Only hand soap in the bathroom. My friend had a more luxurious room for the same price.

Great location, and the room and bathroom were both very spacious.

The breakfast wasn’t very good and had limited options. When I arrived, the room smelled like cigarettes.

Pleasant stay in Vilnius

Good size room with a twin bed and a large bathroom with shower cubicle. Situated on the first floor street side with opening windows. Quiet side street off a main road. Friendly staff with an easy check in procedure. We were allowed in our room early to leave our luggage and explore the city. 5 Minute walk into the centre. One of the safest, cleanest and interesting cities in the world. Hardly any tourists this time of year (early November). We did not opt for the breakfast out of choice. Access 24 hours. Quiet and comfortable at very reasonable rates.

My usual gripe of not having a thermostatic shower tap installed in the shower cubical. Fiddly to work out the correct hot/cold mixer tap. Good flow of water though. Bathroom smelled a bit musty due to lack of window and silicone sealant needs replacing (mouldy). Bed was a bit on the small side and the cover sheet did not fit and was even smaller. Duvet was large and warm though.

My second visit. Good sized comfortable rooms that provide everything I need. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Wonderful service from the whole team. I will stay again in the future.

Nice staying

The room was very nice, the shower was hot, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was satisfactory: equidistant from the bus station and Old Town. I asked the receptionist for a receipt, and she promptly provided it.

To be PERFECT, the only thing missing was a washing machine in the room.

Comfortable stay with pleasant staff and very good breakfasts.

Very helpful and flexible staff. Room was clean, cosy and attractive. Breakfast was plentiful with lovely hot meal options such as curd and apple pancakes.

Good access throughout the day and night and near a trendy non-touristy area including MoMo art centre.

Great location a short walk from the main sights of the old city. Large twin room suitable for sharing with a friend. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Tasty breakfast buffet.

Kitchen had a hotplate malfunction on our second day so there were no hot options for breakfast. The hotel had not compensated with enough cold options for all the guests and ran out of some selections.

Good value for money

Breakfast was good, and in the courtyard, the room was big.

We did not like that there was no lift ( we did not know that) and had to carry the luggage to the third floor, and the lighting in the room is not ideal, all around the bed side and not n the rest of the room, and also the lights are connected to the electric plugs, so to charge the phone you need to have the light on. IT is a bit off the centre

Good location, very friendly staff, nice bathroom with good water pressure. Breakfast was nice and included a hot cooked option choice.

Could have used another pillow (to be fair, we didn’t ask). Also they have a lovely place to eat breakfast outdoors. Unfortunately, smoking is allowed there so most people were stuck inside because of one smoker in the small outdoor space.

Great location, amazing staff and excellent breakfast with a good coffee. A nice touch - possibility to make mimozas at breakfast.

Everything is perfect! I absolutely love this hotel, have stayed 5 or 6 times, and will continue to return, my very favorite in Vilnius💕. When traveling so far away (from US), to a place with many cultural and language differences, I feel very much at home at Rinno. This is mostly due to the warmth and attention of the staff, also to the tidy, pretty and clean, comfortable surroundings, and of course, the breakfasts which are to die for!!😊. I’ll be back!

Excellent location, great value for money.

The location of the property was excellent for our stay and it was a short walk to most of the attractions in Old Town. The breakfast was comprehensive enough and offered many options. The room was a good size, offering air conditioning. Good size bathroom, excellent shower.

The hotel was a little tired and could do with some tender loving care. The air conditioning unit was a somewhat clunky and noisy at times.

Perfect hotel , great memories

Very helpful and caring staff, lovely atmosphere, tourist booklets in reception and a very informative information folder in the bedroom listing ‘must see’ places to visit, they know exactly what a traveller wants. The breakfast choice was superb and we were very touched as they sorted a takeaway breakfast on our last morning as we had to leave early. There was soo much to see we wished we could’ve stayed longer. Our room was plenty big , everywhere very clean.

Nice stay in a stylish hotel

It was really nice to stay here for a night after afternoon flight. Hotel is located near the Old City, and also not far from here there's Maxima working till midnight. Beds were cosy and comfortable, the bathroom including the bath was great. And I really like the style of the hotel with the old-style furniture. Breakfast was fine, mostly buffet, but with hot options (omelette, crêpes). We used self check-in, as we arrived later in the evening, and it was very easy.

Highly recommended for an affordable night in an excellent location.

Everything was absolutely fine. The woman on the reception desk spoke good English, and was very friendly and helpful. My room was tiny, but you don't really notice these things when you're asleep. The tea- and coffee-making facilities were a nice touch, the breakfast was absolutely fine, and there's a good late night supermarket not far away if you need anything. The old town is literally right across the street.

I didn't mind anything considering the price. I can see however that some people might be surprised by the difference in some of the photographs of the rooms and the actual rooms themselves.

Bath was very small - couldn’t really be used for an adult! You could only choose one hot option for breakfast - either fried eggs, scrambled eggs or an omelette. The rest of the food was buffet style and cold.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel. Breakfast with a large assortment, wonderful omelettes cooked according to your wishes. The price exceeded all our expectations. I recommend this small and cozy hotel to everyone. We will stay here again whenever we visit old Vilnius in the future

Good value for money and a good night's rest. What more could you want?

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet even though our room was on the street side of the hotel.

Parking is problematic ... I got up around 7:00 am to pay for street parking. Then I was unable to get into the hotel despite having the code and following the instructions carefully. The staff member who came just before 8:00 am (Saturday) was also unable to get in through the door code. Eventually, a guest on the inside opened the door.

Good hotel in the city center

We spent our time really well. Hotel proved breakfast and has good location. We've stayed for a night and it was a good hotel for this price.

It hasn't elevator. For us it's not so important, because hotel has only three floors.
