The Perfect Place…

This hostel has it all. It’s perfectly located to explore Hull and the surrounding areas. The staff are super helpful with a warm welcome guaranteed the second you arrive. You’ll also be glad to know that although the hostel is very central, it is still uber quiet, so you’ll get a good nights rest whichever room you choose. Highly recommended!

A very good place to stay. Staff are kind and helpful

It was okay staying at Hull Trinity Backpackers. I enjoyed my stay the only downside of it was that there was the packing for my vehicle and I tried to login with PASCOA but it was difficult. The centre was very good they provided me with the information on how to get a discount for parking and also informed me on the street parking which was helpful. The girls are very helpful and made my check in so easy. They waited for me and helped me carry my bags to my room. Linen was clean and even the unoccupied beds were very nicely done. I enjoyed my stay. There have a kitchen and dining area where you can sit and eat your dinner. Shower was nice with warm water and I couldn’t resist a shower everyday. They also provide shower gels for those who’ve got any. Hull Trinity is close to all amenities restaurants and Tesco 24 hours shop. The place is quiet and no disturbances a good night sleep was achieved for the days I stayed there.

A little gem of a place

A great little place in a good location in the centre of town. All facilities clean and I loved the little kitchenette. Owner very knowledgeable and helpful.

Since you're asking, a bench or stool by the sinks to put your wash bag on (and not the floor) wouldn't go amiss. But otherwise all good!

Locality was excellent. The staff were super friendly. The kitchen was clean and lots of freebies like coffee etc.

Friendly staff, great location, lockers in rooms with no extra charge.

There's always someone that enjoys constantly coughing or clearing their throat as a habit when they absolutely don't need to and of course there's always at least one person snoring like a wild animal all night. But that's nothing to do with the place. Downfalls of stating at any hostel.

Charming, well presented and run hostel - which enhanced my visit to Hull,

The hostel is cosy and well layed out not far from the major attractions of the city centre. Small but well equipped kitchen area, they operate an honesty box for continental breakfasts.

My bunk room didn't have any chairs (probably because of its size).

1 night stay became a 2 night stay that I have really enjoyed.

My stay in Room 6 was very nice due to the location been in close rang with so many amazing things to see and eat as well as to forfill your day/night

Besides a small glitch in trying to check in that was resolved very quickly there ain't nothing I didn't like about this nice place of Glens. If you want back to basics at a very cheap price I would certainly and highly recommend Trinity Backpackers.

Cosy, comfortable and welcoming hostel

The room was lovely! Very comfy bed, and the desk was a nice touch. Staff (owner I believe?) was extremely friendly and I felt very welcomed, he was there in the lobby every time I passed by and made sure to ask if I needed anything. I didn't end up using the kitchen much, but I was very impressed by how homely and tidy it was - and it was a lovely surprise to see it was right next to my room! The hostel is also in a fantastic location in the city centre. By far the best experience I've had staying in a hostel yet :)

The only nitpick I have is that the motion sensitive lighting on the stairs is a little slow to light up, but it was hardly a big issue by any means.

Amazing independent backpacker hostel in HULL

I really like the hostel as is so cosy and has backpacker vibe. The host Glenn welcomed me very warmly and made me feel well received. Also I could leave my suitcase before check in time and also after check out. There is lovely kitchen very clean and cosy with all necessary for a stay in the hostel. Also I find it as a great location. And the building is historic as it used to be theatre there. Close to Marina and the town centre where is vibrant life ☺️ . My room was very quiet and ensuite. Thank you Glenn 🫶 Also Hull is so ch a great spot to relax from rush city like is London from where I arrived. I definitely would like to come back and stay in the same place. Easy to get to/ from train station. And lovely decoration in the hostel. See you next time Glenn! 🍀

My visit was brief but I’d say it’s one of the better hostels I’ve stayed. Would certainly recommend

Located in the middle of the old town, it’s in the perfect central spot for places to eat, drink and explore the city. It’s comfortable, clean and with a full range of facilities for the average traveller. The communal seating areas and halls are choc full of bits n’ pieces of memorabilia- a veritable backpackers museum - and there are well stocked kitchens and of course, free wi-fi.

There was no TV in my single room (I know many people like one) but I would hardly say that was a problem.
