Amazing location, wonderful hosts who went above and beyond the whole time. Was very fun to be in a traditional home/buidling.
For the price I was expecting the interior to be slightly more kept up - specifically the floors were very scuffed up. And the comforters didn't breath at all, we work up sweaty every morning.

The location was truly spectacular. The baths were a luxurious retreat from our exploration of Kyoto. The location was central and provided ease of access to the city.

The location is good.
The property is old and not quite clean.
