L’aménagement de la maison, la grande superficie, le fait d’avoir deux toilettes séparés, la décoration.
L’emplacement et la proximité de la station de métro, d’un supermarché.
Un lave linge et singe linge serait un plus mais il y a un lavatic à 10mn à pied donc cela compense

very authentic traditional Japanese style house with excellent location, the owner also provided everything we needed.
Additionally, the neighbours are nice as well.
The wall next to the stairs feels like sandpaper, if you didn't paid attention, you will scratch your hand
There's no washing machine.
