The breakfast was a fun surprise! It was light and exactly what we needed. Very timely as well.
Some of the rooms were dusty. Especially the little alcove next to the room with 3 beds.

The property is so beautiful, it’s so peaceful and comfortable with a quaint garden while you sit in the bath. Beds were super comfortable as well. So good after a long day sightseeing to kick back and relax. Also the breakfast is a must inclusion!
We loved everything.

Beautiful traditional house that is totally updated. Comfortable beds and futons, very quiet, near restaurants and stores, good central location.
A little overpriced considering other options available in Kyoto. Also, we were 2 couples and having only one main bathroom made it a little challenging.
