The place had every single amenity we could expect. Clean, modern, luxurious, and very comfortable and home-feeling. There was plenty space for the family of 5, and plenty of space to share time. The two gardens were perfectly maintained and beautiful. The kitchen well equipped. The matcha was a wonderful surprise, and the espresso machine is amazing. The private bath with views to the garden is like heaven. Showers and bathrooms are ample and modern. Rooms clean and spacious. The front garden and the entrance are also beautiful.
Location is also good. Walking distance to Nijo and the streets around the house have plenty of great restaurants and cafes.
The price is a bit too high.
