Small house with everything you need, especially the Private onsen is fantastic to use. The house is extremely Zen for those who appreciate like me. In particular, the service is excellent for breakfast but also for any issues.

Beautiful Machiya, baths were fantastic, location was great, tea service and meal service was wonderful. Appreciated having laundry at the facility as well.

nice composition of modern and old
the host changed our booking facilities last minute. when we arrived they told that our child will not be provided with breakfast because she is staying “for free”. we booked three bedroom house for two adults and 2 kids. paid full amount WITH breakfast included. booking said that one of our children is staying for free and specified in booking confirmation: 4 people, breakfast included. we ended up convincing them for one hour that our child NEEDS breakfast and to avoid further trouble we just decided to pay for it. next day for our second night we said we don’t want breakfast at all ( not our type) but they never offered to return our breakfast money for the small child. sounds like double standards to me.
