Memorable for all the wrong reasons

Small lake access was good

Insufficient bathroom supplies , also not fit for purpose for four adults , as were the single beds, really only fit for children and not very comfortable ,could also do with injection repellent materials Coloured multiple keys for access was over the top , this apartment was far from luxury

Amazing location just a minute’s walk from the castle and centre of Sirmione, yet peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to self cater a number of meals. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms gave us and our teenage children privacy. The terrace was very handy - a sun trap and somewhere to eat outside. The shower was powerful once we worked out the best settings.

The shower door was loose on the runners but this didn’t affect the working of the shower. Lots of keys but once we worked out a system for remembering them (orange for ‘out gate’, pink for ‘parking’, small one for car barrier etc) it was fine.

when we arrived it was very warm. there is aircon in the hall but not in the bedrooms. It did cool down the following day.

if you want to self cater and don’t have a car be sure to buy some good before you arrive as no supermarket in walking distance.

Great location and service - unfriendly neighbors

Private beach and location - just minutes from the old city We had some issues with the keys which were promptly fixed; check in and out were very smooth

Neighbors clearly don’t appreciate that there is a vacation home here - they were very aggressive in commenting about our use of the private beach and continuously locked us in when we were coming and going, which adds a damper on an otherwise nice location Walls are thin & rooms outside of the living room get quite hot (AC doesn’t circulate to those rooms)

Practical apartment for Sirmione and Garda lake visit

Good beds, sufficient air condition and suitable location for exploring the Sirmione and greater Garda lake area. Parking included, and provided a perfect location for our family.

Eher nicht nochmal…

Die Lage mit eigener Badestelle war gut. Fußläufig kann man die Altstadt erreichen. Der Jacuzzi auf der großen Terrasse war gut. Die weite begrünte Anlage bietet vielen Vögeln Platz, was eine ruhige Atmosphäre bietet. Die funktionierende Klimaanlage war gut.

Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad fanden wir Schimmel in einer Ecke zur Außenwand. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem. Bei einem Bett fehlten sogar mehrere Latten im Lattenrost. Wir konnten hier nicht gut schlafen. Die Dusche war eng und die Anlage mit Einstellungen war defekt. Die Schublade in einem Regal war defekt und konnte nicht wieder geschlossen werden. Die Möbel insgesamt alt. Die Küchenausstattung war nicht sehr reichhaltig. Insgesamt war es ok, aber kein „Luxus“ erkennbar. Die Mängel haben wir dem Vermieter im Juni 2025 gemeldet.

Preis-Leistung passte für uns nicht.

Diana als Ansprechpartnerin war sehr freundlich und flexibel. Danke an Sie. Die Lage ist direkt vor den Toren der Altstadt von Sirmione. WLAN hat funktioniert. Eine Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine ist da. Für Autos bis maximale Größe eines Golfs ist auch eine Garage vorhanden. Ansonsten ermöglicht Diana das Parken auf einem angrenzenden Parkplatz.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer privaten Wohnanlage mit vielen Regeln. Leider fühlten wir uns sehr eingesperrt. Man kommt innerhalb der Anlage ohne Schlüssel nicht weit. Es ist alles überwacht, abgesperrt und viel verboten (Rasen betreten oder nutzen; Luftmatratzen, Schwimmtiere am Beach etc.). Wir sind ordentlich und verhalten uns dementsprechend, lieben im Urlaub jedoch mehr Bewegungsfreiheit. Mit Kindern stellen wir es uns schwierig vor. Am privaten Beach fühlten wir uns, durch andere Eigentümer bzw. Einheimische nicht willkommen. Das brachte man auch zum Ausdruck. Hunde dürfen dort auch nicht hin. Es war ok, die Dusche ist mini, luxuriös ist für uns anders, eher shabby chic. Wir können jedoch verstehen, dass die Geschmäcker unterschiedlich sind. Preis-Leistung hat für uns nicht gestimmt. Dafür haben wir schon zu viel Urlaub am Gardasee gemacht und was anderes erlebt.
