Comfortable, convenient and great value! The peace was treasured.

Clean comfortable apartment with a nice kitchen and the best personal soaps and lotions I’ve had during my journey in Italy. The location was convenient and within an easy walk of the old city and restaurants.

It seemed a little dark because of where my unit was located, not facing the water. The terrace was more or less in an alley walkway and it was difficult to have a view of the water.

Very clean, comfortable and a short walk into Sirmione old town.

We stayed in an upstairs lake view apartment and the view over the lake was amazing. Room was very nice, comfortable and clean, smaller than it appears on booking.com. Parking was onsite for €7 a day. A short walk into Sirmione old town so a great location.

Bathroom was very small - no room to put things but everything worked. We were not impressed by staff having to ‘check’ our room before being able to check out/ have your bond returned - considering the rate we were paying it felt over the top… No cafes/restaurants close by so we had to walk a couple of kms - didn’t bother us but may be a bit much for others…

Modern apartment in a peaceful spot by the lake, yet close to all the action! Perfect

Well positioned for an easy stroll to the historic centre of town. Being positioned right by the lake was just lovely. The apartment No 3 was newly refurbished so everything was wonderful. Had everything we needed. Great shower and bed was comfortable

the lake

the worst service. the glass of the shower shattered when i took a shower, and cut my hand and leg, and make me pay for it 100 euro, and didnt ask even if somthing happened to me. poor wifi. old apartment. booking profile lack information about the apartment.

The studio is very comfortable and private, the view is priceless. The swimming in the lake was great

good location close to the city and at the lake side. with garden and private parking.

apartment building with a number of apartments. some have a good position but the ones on the street side are dark and warm despite the airco the price in relation to what was given was far to expensive. to our opinion this accommodation is overrated. you can get better quality for less money around. they also own a hotel on the other side of the street which looks better to us. definitely avoid the street side apartments.

No air con as advertised, charged twice for tourist tax

Check in was at the hotel over the road but this was not communicated to us we spent time in the rain thing to check in before ringing the just to be informed we needed to go to the hotel reception across the road

A little overpriced like most accommodations in Italy, but VERY comfortable bed!

We had a Lateral Lake View Apartment, and it was nice, the bed was SUPER comfortable. I'm usually a super light sleeper, and easily sweat a lot during the night if mattresses aren't good quality or if they are too soft, but this one was just perfect.

A little pricey given that the hotel is not located in the town centre. There were no spoons, cutting knives or kitchen cloths in the kitchenette. There is no phone in the room, so you need to use your personal mobile phone to call or WhatsApp reception, and they might take a while to respond.

Great value for money, great service, but don't expect everything to be beyond imagination.

Place seems to be less than 1 year old. Everything is squeaky clean and new. Location is ideal, private parking, private beach ...

Sensors. I don't mind having a sensor for CO, but having a sensor with a red light ... Annoying. And another thing that I couldn't switch off, had very strong green LED lights. And who needs a motion detector blinking a red light every time you move? Couldn't you get a discrete one, without a light? It felt like I was sleeping inside a computer with Big Brother watching ... Otherwise, if you want to use the kitchen, don't expect much of it. I would appreciate some wine glasses - you simply can't drink famous Italian wine out of a juice glass - it's undignified. Other than that - lovely place.

Posizione fantastica, vicina al centro storico, con disponibilità di parcheggio a pagamento . Molto bello il giardino con accesso al lago. Una nota particolare di merito per l’addetto alla reception a cui è affidato il check in, davvero bravo.

schöne ausblick auf den See. Gepflegt der Garten und Anlage. Freundliches personal.

Die Parkplätze waren sehr eng beieinander. Wir hatten eigentlich die obere Etage gebucht. Dies war bei der Ankunft schon belegt. Und wir hatten nur noch die untere im Erdgeschoss frei. Das Eingangstor war mit einem. Code ausgestattet. Etwas undurchsüchtig. Man musste erst mal im Hotel anrufen und Klarheit zu verschaffen...

Buena estancia con puntos a mejorar

La proximidad al centro de Sirmione, vistas maravillosas al lago.

Entiendo que es un alojamiento cerca del lago y que por tanto hay insectos, pero creo que habría que mejorar el mantenimiento de las mosquiteras para evitar que entren en las habitaciones. También habría que mejorar la limpieza de zonas comunes.

Nicht Gastfreundlich.

Bei der Ankuft haben wir kein Parkplatz vor dem Haus bekommen weil besetzt gewesen ist. Ich habe umparkieren müssen bei der Nachbar. Sehr schmutzige Privatsee. Nach der Check-Out ist unser Fahrzeug abgewiesen worden während unseren Aufenthalt bei der Therme. Unterkunft ist nich sehr gastfreundlich. Für die längeren Aufenthalt nicht geeignet weil ein Waschmaschine und Ofen fehlt.

Was blij dat het voorbij was.

Kort bij het centrum van Sirmione.

- geen parasol op het balkon. - te kleine bedden. - werking airconditioning was super slecht, gaf geen verkoeling. - weinig tot geen bestek. - geen bank of losse zitstoelen aanwezig. - weinig tot geen kasten voor de kelding. - parkeerplaats (waar nota bene separaat voor betaald moest worden) was erg krap of niet aanwezig. Resume over het algemeen een dikke onvildoende.

Heerlijk verblijf!

Heel fijn appartementje direct aan het Gardameer. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en je hebt werkelijk een fantastisch uitzicht (wij hadden een kamer met volledig meerzicht geboekt). Ook de locatie is top! Loopafstand van het oude centrum van Sirmione. Ook kun je de auto parkeren bij het appartement wat heel fijn is in dit drukke gedeelte van Sirmione. Heerlijke bedden ook!

Celkem dobré (na pár dní)

Na to, že to je centrum Sirmione překvapivě klidné místo. Apartmán směrem k jezeru, od hlavní silnice krytý dalšími domy. Pohodlné postele. Soukromá pláž, pro každý pokoj 2 lehátka a slunečník se stolkem, tvrdil popis na dveřích apartmánu. Realita malinko jiná, ale místo jsme si vždycky našli. Historické centrum Sirmione i Jamayca Beach stojí určitě za shlédnutí, když už tam člověk je, ale návštěvu Verony to fakt nenahradí. Ceny v restauracích relativně napálené, zmrzlina nejhorší, co jsem kdy v Itálii měl. Parkování ano, pokud tam ale přijedou 3 SUV, tak je o 1 místo méně. WiFi je OK. Mravenců za celou dobu asi 5 :-)

Apartmán. Na fotkách vypadá celkem dobře, ale jsou to fotky. Je to úzký přístavek vedlejšího domu, úzká nudle, kde je temno i za slunečního dne a kde byste fakt nechtěli trávit deštivé dny. Po pár dnech už celkem dost nanesené špíny z venku, kterou by si člověk i uklidil, kdyby bylo čím. Koupelna je spartánská, sice s bidetem, který je ale umístěný tak špatně, že je vlastně nepoužitelný - jednu nohu máte ve sprchovém koutu a druhou narážíte do umyvadla. Kdyby tam nebyl, nic by se nestalo.

Perfekt für uns, es lässt sich fast alles organisieren

Lage war super, direkt am See mit kleinem Privatstrand, wenige Minuten zu Restaurants, Ausstattung zweckmäßig. Wir haben uns selbst verpflegt. Parkplatz am Haus.

Parkplatz war - als es voll wurde - etwas zu klein. Situation bei Anreise etwas unübersichtlich. Für Reinigung und Wäschewechsel zwischendurch musste zusätzlich bezahlt werden - war eigentlichnichtvorgesehen. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht (kein Drama, aber bemerkenswert). Die Klimaanlage konnten wir nicht wunschgemäß steuern, aber auch das war auszuhalten.

très déçus

Emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre historique de Sirmione et son Château. La literie

La personne de la réception était trop pressée pour trouver des solutions à notre demande. La seconde réceptionniste nous a répondu avec une sourire "ah ok" lorsque nous lui dit que nous étions déçus de notre séjour...L'enregistrement est mal expliqué. Il s'effectue à l'hôtel situé à côté. Les équipements pour la cuisine sont vraiment succincts, et la vue "latérale" sur le lac est une arnaque (voir photo). C'est la première fois que l'on me demande une caution de 100 €....Heureusement, il y avait la beauté de Sirmione.

Sehr gute kleine Ferienwohnung, beste Lage - in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Modern, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Die Lage am Wasser und innerhalb Sirmione

Beim Upgrade von Seitenblick auf Meerblick wurde ein altes, zurückliegendes Nebengebäude untergejubelt. Vor Ort konnte gegen nochmaligen Aufpreis in das eigentliche Gebäude gewechselt werden.
