A lovely, comfortable place in a great location – we would happily stay here again and recommend it.

Great location, very clean, comfortable room and a pleasant overall atmosphere. Everything was well maintained and we really enjoyed our stay.

No lift, which may be difficult for guests with mobility issues.

Relaxing stay

Host was very good and waited for us as we were held up. Apartment was roomy and well appointed and as described. Location was fantastic.

A downside but known when booking was need to park outside the walled area of town. Several flights of stairs but worth the effort.

No sleep parking too far away from apartment and expensive!

Clean Nice lady

Getting keys was not great as we had to meet the host at the car park . Because we checked in late there is a 40 euro charge 😳 and 25 euro for parking which makes it expensive, so make sure you read the policy of the apartment. Lots of stairs no lift . Noise all night long first the bins being emptied then people outside taking and lots of noise then the street cleaning starts at 5 really noisy. So it is in the centre but you will not get any sleep 💤

A very nice stay

A very nice place. Everything is like new. It is very clean. There is a lot space. The location is perfect. The beds are comfy.

Not for tall people

It is in an amazing location, and well kept

This apartment is located in an attic with incredibly low roofs. If you are a moderately tall person, it feels insanely claustrophobic in the living roof and bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom are the only spaces you can stand in. The access to the balcony requires a full duck, and we hit our heads on the overhang regularly, one hit resulting in serious bruising.

Clean, big living room and kitchen, useful washing machine. Easy check in and out.

Shower room small and a little dated, but functional. The property is located within the busiest part of the town. The noise wasn’t a problem with windows closed (air conditioning was ok), but it meant we did keep windows and doors closed (also to prevent food smells from street below).

A good place if you travel by car (can pick up amenities) and are not a light sleeper

The owner, Eva, was very kind, and the location was very central. AC worked pretty well, and the additional, portable fan was appreciated.

Despite the pros, this was not the best spot for our family. There was an extraordinary amount of both downstairs street noise and upstairs tenant noise, which - combined with very hard beds and pillows - made for two consecutive sleepless nights for my husband and I, resulting in my coming down sick on the third day. There were also some perplexing omissions - like house instructions in languages beyond Italian, a bathroom trash can, washing fluid, extra pillows, coffee in the coffee canister, etc. None of these is a big deal in itself, but having just stayed in several apartments with exceptional hospitality and small comforts, it was hard not to notice.

Spacious apartment in the middle of Sirmione old town

The apartment in the middle of old town, perfect location. The host reserved the parking, explained in detail checking in, parking and everything. Spacious apartment with the balcony to the busy streets. Perfect for a short or a long stay. Pet friendly - extra 5e.

If you want calm stay and good sleep, it would be a problem, because street is really loud at night as at the end of the street was the bar and party.

Highly resommend this lovely apartment right in the middle of Sirmione

Location was excellent - right in the centre of Sirmione. The host (Eva) was very helpful with everything and very easy work with. Very clean apartment with everything you would need available.

We were staying on top floor so we alot alot of stairs to climb to get there. This is not a criticism- just an observation

Great location right in the heart of Sirmione and everything within a very short walk of the property. Fantastic rooftop terrace too with views (in the distance) of the lake. A very clean house with a very friendly and helpful host.

The fold out bed in the second room was quite uncomfortable and the steps up to the apartment were quite steep with luggage but this is to be expected in an old property in Sirmione. Not at all an issue and otherwise everything very good.

Great location, great value price ratio

Very clean and quiet, had a nice patio terrace to hang clothes. Bathroom was very spacious.

No elevator (bit hard with my suitcase), the shower phone couldn't stay fixed standing, so had to be hold in hand when washing the hair.

Amazing location right in the middle of Sirmione, yet still quiet and with a great roof terrace with views of the lake and the church right next door. Eva is very kind and friendly, always there to help you :) this was perfect for our little getaway in Sirmione!

The apartment itself is a bit small, but this hasn't bothered us at all. It has all the essentials you might need and is very comfy!
