A nice and authentic apartment in an excellent location.

The location was really good, right in the heart of the cafés, restaurants, and shops. A beautiful view from the large balcony. The apartment is nice and authentic. The host was very kind!

First of all, it's important to know that there are many stairs to reach the apartment on the second floor. There are also stairs leading to the building itself, which makes it difficult if you arrive with a lot of luggage. The bathroom could be improved—for example, the toilet buttons get stuck and constantly let water through, and the shower is a bit outdated. At times, there’s an issue with the hot water. Also, one of the beds in the second room was very uncomfortable, unstable, and moved around.

Very nice stay in the heart of the lovely sirmione wow take me back 🤣

Well we didn’t stay long as we had flights to catch but we wished we had longer there lovely balcony area sun trap very quite at night after all the crowds disperse, comfortable and the location in the centre of sirmione was very convenient literally two steps and the restaurants start, our host Morena was very nice and helpful all in all a very nice stay.

The toilet flush mechanism was a little temperamental.

Great apartment and very welcoming owner!

The apartment is located in a perfect place, close to the lake and shopping street, lots of cafes and restaurants just around the corner. Morena has contacted us in advance and explained in details how we may enter the apartment, although we came very late. The apartment is clean, spacious and you may get there everything you would need. On the next morning we needed to leave our bags somewhere, and Morena had offered us to leave them in her cafe, and we decided to have a breakfast there, one of our girls had a birthday and Morena has even organised a small cake with a candle! That was so sweet and made or day amazing. We may definitely recommend this host and would love to come back!

Perfect for a stay with children

We had a wonderful stay in Sirmione with our children. The apartment had everything we needed. Every morning, we were able to enjoy breakfast in the sun on the large terrace. The host was extremely friendly and always ready to help us with any questions. Everything was well organized. Our children loved the shuttle from the parking area to the apartment.

Bad experience

Unfortunately, our experience at the property was far from what we expected. The apartment shares a wall with a restaurant kitchen, which caused constant noise from music, conversations, and slamming doors until late at night. Additionally, the balcony was frequently used by restaurant staff for smoking, and the smoke entered the apartment, making it impossible to stay.

Conveniently located and very comfortable option in the Sirmione area!

The space was very nice - we had the upstairs 2-bedroom unit. There was a lovely patio and it also had a lot of seating options inside which was great for mornings and evenings to visit. It was a little buggy outside but that was probably just because of the time of year we stayed. We loved how conveniently located it was but it was still quiet and calm at night! The host was very accommodating and kind. Highly recommend!

Great place, very central, but know which unit you are in!

Very central, built above a restaurant, but not noisy at all. In the historical area of Sirmione, close to everything there!

Pictures show outdoor balcony, but that was for a different unit. It was gated off from our unit. We did have a very small balcony, but it did not have the roof top view of the other one in the pictures.

We will come back to Sirmione!

The location was right in the middle of the old town, close to the beaches and the shops. The land lady was super friendly! She even washed our clothes for us when it turned out the washing machine was broken. (She had ordered a new one) The parking was very convenient with a shuttle that drove us all the way to the door. We are super happy with our stay!

The sheet for the sofa bed didn’t fit but we managed well anyway!

Lake Garda cycle

Lovely apartment great.location in centre of old town. Well equipped with everything you need including iron, ironing board, nice coffee machine, hairdryer and even washing machine plus much more. Very helpful owner and good communication even had complimentary fizz on arrival. Lovely outside space to sit and chill any time of the day. We arrived with 3 bikes and were able to carry them up to the terrace area to leave locked up for our stay.

There were pictures of a rooftop terrace with the apartment we booked, but we ended up downstairs without the rooftop terrace, which only the apartment upstairs get to use. That is irritating and confuses people.

Exceptional

Apartment was exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels for all of us, lots of extra blankets and pillows. Morena was super easy to coordinate with and even helped us with transportation. The location is amazing and the patio provided a beautiful view of the town. Thank you for a great stay!!

Central and comfortable apartment

At first we booked a one-bedroom apartment for 4 people, but then we upgraded on the spot. If you want to be comfortable, I recommend one-bedroom apartment only for 2 people, and two-bedroom apartment for 4 people. More than that and it's crowded. The two-bedroom apartment has an amazing balcony from which you see the lake and some parts of the town. It's really in the heart of Sirmione. It could hardly be any more central. There is a private parking and a shuttle bus from/to the parking provided by a host, for a fee. It's quite convenient. Accommodation itself is clean, large, has all you need. All recommendations. We had an amazing stay and we would very happily come back. :)

The building is quite old, although it doesn't seem so at the first glance. We had a small problem with a blown fuse, but the owner has fixed it expressly. So, if it happens to you, be considerate, relax and enjoy that you're in such a beautiful town. The owner will fix the problem quickly.

Great location, beautiful view from the terrace. Host prepared a small surprise when we arrived, cold prosecco as a welcome gift. it was a really nice touch. Linen and bathroom were very clean and tidy, coffee machine and microwave at your disposal.

We had issues with closing the windows and it was quite cold in the apartment. We tried to warm the place with the air conditioning, but it wasn't sufficient. Also, we didn't realize when we were booking that we'll have to pay extra amount of money for cleaning and parking place (30 EUR).

An ideal location in a historical town.

The apartment is located right in the middle of Sirmione - a short walk to several 'beaches' and attractions. The views out of each window were beautiful. Morena - our host- was lovely (friendly, and accommodating).

Given the price, pictures and deceptive description, we were extremely disappointed by the apartment

The renter booked parking and a shuttle on arrival and departure for us with the local parking lot. It costs us 15 Euro/day, but the arrangements were made by the renter - so this was very convenient.

We picked this apartment because of the reviews, the AC and the terrace (in the description it says: "The apartment offers a sun terrace"). Unfortunately, this felt very much like a bait and switch since: 1) the stellar reviews are all for the upstairs 2 BR apartment with the only sun terrace. 2) this apartment just has a small front area that was very different than the sunny one pictured (all of the photos, in fact, were much nicer than in the reality). It had two dead plants & one plastic one on the window sill. There was plant debris, dead bugs, two stacked plastic chairs and occasionally a scooter with a cardboard box over the handle bars. It was also shared with the neighboring restaurant so workers would go back and forth during set up and throughout the evening. 3) the AC barely worked. The one unit was in the entryway facing the kitchen/living room so doors had to be open at all times. There was an exhaust fan that helped with circulation but was crazy loud. The bedroom - because it was facing away from the AC - was even warmer than the rest of the place. We addressed these concerns with the renter but she said that the description about the terrace was from booking.com and that she could not change this. This seems unlikely, but I will write and complain to them. As far as the AC was concerned, she conceded that it was old and that she would like to install new ones in each room - unfortunately, this did not help us sleep any better at night. I said that we were disappointed and felt deceived and she offered to host us at her bar. This gesture, while nice, did nothing to address our complaints. As far as the rest of the apartment, here is a synopsis - NEGATIVES: uncomfortable & super squeaky sofa bed, bathroom door only opens 2/3 before it hits the sink, lights above mirror broken as is the flush button above the toilet, no mattress pads, bare bones kitchen.

Disappointing

great location

if you are 4 people - the kitchen is not at all suitable for cooking. kitchen ventilation is not working. also very limited kettles etc. please also note that there are some heating in the floor - impossible to turn off. furthermore- the advertised air condition is placed so that the cold air does not reach the bedroom. the little balcony outside also serves as entrance to the restaurant with employees running back and forth constantly.

I reccomend 😁

The accommodation was excellent, the location in the middle of the old town. You could park a little away from the accommodation at Grifoparking (€15/day), from there there was a convenient transfer to the accommodation with golf caddies. A nice terrace at the accommodation. The landlady was very accommodating and agreed for us to leave our suitcases in the apartment earlier, even though the apartment was not cleaned yet, so that we could go explore the city already. The apartment was clean, the beds were ok and everything you needed was there. Even more - there were a bottle of water and sparkling wine waiting for us in the fridge 😉

The only reason I can't give ten points is that they really charge extra money (€15) for cleaning. This is not correct and such a fee must be written on booking.com when making a reservation. I have traveled a lot and booked accommodation through booking.com page. No one asks for extra fees. I paid because I could bring my things to the apartment three and a half hours earlier. Otherwise I wouldn't have paid.

located inside the old city there is a shuttle service for luggage if you paid park through property we arrived late from belated flight and staff were very nice and understanding

furniture should get refreshed only in Sermione I saw properties who charge additional for the cleaning costs. makes it hard to compare prices, and seems ridiculous
