Apartment amazing and staff even more amazing they could not do enough to help you they even saw us at bus stop and stop

We were met and shown everything needed and where the supermarket was; close by restaurants etc. Liked the outdoor space. Spacious balcony with both sunlight and shade. Liked the garage to get the car off the street. Liked the location.

This is a beautiful, well equipped apartment with quality furnishings set in a gated complex with pools. Easy access to the lake and shuttle bus service. Alex is a wonderful host and couldn't have done more to make us comfortable and welcome, he even brought his own car to drive my elderly mother to a bus stop on our departure day.

My only concern with this apartment is a lack of handrail on the stairs. Many guests will not have an issue with this but people with mobility or balance difficulties should be aware.

Great apartment in very nice location

Great apartment! It is not so far from the old city (nice walk along the lake). Located in a quiet residential complex, with nice swimming pools. Many restaurants are nearby. Apartment itself looks very new, modern, very nice decor and furniture! We found everything what we need in the apartment! Alex (the owner) was very helpful and responsive, he helped to solve any minor questions we had very quick.

its only 6 pieces of everything, like 6 glasses and 6 plates. As we have been 6 people, it would have been nice to have some more to not clean it directly

Location was great. having a dedicated parking place was very important. We where 5 adults and 1 infant and we had plenty of space for all.

We had some issues with the electric stove (no instructions how to operate it). And waste separation according to regulation needs was a bit complex.

Perfect stay in a perfect place

Location is amazing, both in terms of surroundings (Sirmione is a magic place) and in terms of the Residence where the apartment is located. The garden of the compound is very clean, with many beautiful plants. We enjoyed a lot the pool, there are several, btw. The apartment is very spacious, very nice decorations, lacks nothing. Two terraces, facing N and S. Even barbecue you have. There are good restaurants near by, Sirmione new & ols town are 5 min by car and 20 min by foot distance, 2 min from the compound is a beautiful promenade alongside the lake.

That we only stayed a week :-). Really, you can always find something wrong with anything, but why should I even try. It is an outstanding place, the immediate reaction when you see it is WOW1

Very good

This is a really nice two-storey apartment with three large bedrooms, two great bathrooms and lots of outside balcony space. There's access to several pools within the complex which is very well maintained and the parking access is excellent. It was also very quiet given the size of the complex, but this may have been the time of year. We arrived late in the evening and our host was very gracious and accommodating about that (there was a small surcharge). A walk into the old town takes about 25 mins through a lovely district and by the lakeside. There are also lots of bars and restaurants closer to the apartment and a supermarket. Having a car was really useful, but you could possibly manage without one if you had transport to and from the airport. Sirmione is a beautiful and interesting town. We would highly recommend the thermal spa.

No information about the area or the facilities in the apartment eg it would have been good to have notes on how to use the coffee machine, some restaurant/activity ideas etc. Some of the basics were missing eg not enough cutlery for breakfast and lunch which defeated the object of having a dishwasher, one t-towel for 10 days (when we asked for another we were told to wash it), no bin bags, only one conservatory chair on the veranda - we did find some others in the garage but were told there were no cushions available to put on the wicker seats. We would have given the apartment a 9 rating, but these are very simple things to fix and this is not a cheap rental - they did detract from it being as comfortable as it should be. There are a LOT of bugs at this time of the year, but you could enquire when the spraying takes place if that would be an issue.

Amazing Stay on Lake Garda

We stayed 5 nights at this property and what an amazing place it is. Great Location only a mile and half walk in to the fortress town and close to shop for grocery shopping. The apartment was clean and spacious for family of 5 and had all the amenities you needed. Plenty of swimming pools to choose from and the grounds we immaculate. Our hosts were great alway keeping in touch via the phone to see if we were okay. I would highly recommend this property . We would definitely stay here again 👍

Es war eine sehr schöne weitläufige Ferienanlage. Alles war sehr gepflegt, es gab 2 öffentliche und 2 private Pools. Es war ruhig und somit optimal für einen entspannten Urlaub. Besonders toll war es, dass die Unterkunft klimatisiert war.

Ich habe lange überlegt und nichts gefunden.

Dies war mit Abstand die best ausgestattete Unterkunft, die wir je gebucht haben. egal woran man denkt: von Duschkappen bis zur Balsamico-Creme, das Haus von Alex bietet dies alles an. insgesamt ist das ein perfektes Urlaubserlebnis gewesen, das wir sicherlich nie vergessen werden. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist bestens und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, es gibt praktisch nichts, was fehlt. die Wohnanlage selbst hat drei Pools, zwei davon können benutzt werden. Die Wassertemperatur im Juli ist sehr angenehm, unsere Kinder waren ganz happy. der Host selbst ist mega freundlich, so eine kompetente und freundliche Betreuung findet man selten. danke, Alex!!!! we‘ll be back!
