Phoenix Garda Hills

The property was in a great location, about 20 minute walk to the castle. The lake was just across from car park, there are loads of places to eat nearby. The pool was lovely and clean but can get busy. Apartment was spotless, a good size with everything you need. Svetlana was lovely, so helpful and responded quickly.

Some noise from apartment above

The apartment was comfortable enough with good A/C, clean and fairly well equipped in an attractively landscaped secure apartment complex, convenient garage parking, nice pool, and a lovely spacious garden. Good location; a short walk to a public beach and the bus stop, 30 min walk or short bus ride to the old town. Unfortunately, some details of apartment were not accurately described. We were four adults staying 3 days.

The following details were not clear on the description. The 2 level apartment is on the ground floor and subterranean (basement) level. One queen bedroom, bathroom and sofa couch are below ground, basement level with very little daylight. Basement bathroom has only a bathtub with a hand held shower head. One bedroom has 80cm x 190cm child sized twin beds. No indoor dining space just 3 bar height stools (too high) at kitchen counter. Mosquito net on basement bathroom window only. Furthermore, the extra 200 Euro cash only (no bank card, no PayPal) security deposit was very inconvenient. At this price point, the bed linens and towels should be included in the total price.

Ved innsjekk ble det informert om at huseier pleide å kreve et depositum på 200 euro ift mulige skader. Da leiligheten ble bestilt via Booking sine sider, fremkom det ikke at sengetøyet og håndklær ikke inngikk i oppgitt leiepris. Utleier var hyggelig, og vi slapp å betale depositum og ekstra for håndklær og sengetøy, men viktig å være obs på at dette er ekstra utgifter som ikke fremkommer på Booking sine sider.
