Luxury apartment in a lovely complex & great location

Very comfortable and clean apartment, lovely large balcony overlooking a private pool for a small number of apartments (plus a separate balcony off the bedrooms with a lake view), great beach / restaurants etc in walking distance, great base to explore lots of lovely places nearby, and a really helpful host etc.

We had a fantastic honeymoon here in this stunning apartment. Ksenia had decorated it beautifully throughout for us. She was an excellent host and nothing was too much for her. Photos really don’t do it justice, comfy bed, huge balcony and excellent air con in all rooms. The location was between the old and new towns so you need to walk to access the busier areas however there are restaurants and beaches very close. 3 pools which were all clean and well kept.

Xenia is a great host and she has a super team working with her! Thank you for your warm welcome, we really appreciate it! All 4 of us enjoyed the comfortable and stylish apartment along with the quiet and safe neighborhood. There is a cozy patio, where you can drink coffee, relax or sunbathe. Kids loved the main pool much (there are several pools nearby). The location is fine for travelling to Verona (35 minutes by car), to Venezia (1 hour 45 m) or to Milan (1 and a half). Xenia had kindly provided us with a list of nice restaurants, so we didn’t have to guess where to dine. We really enjoyed our stay a lot! Looking forward to staying next Summer!

Excellent

Finding this amazing location made our visit to Sirmione an extremely pleasant experience. The appartement is located outside the crowded touristic area, but with an easy access to it. Modern, spacious and well equipped (even for small children's needs) with a cozy garden and direct pool access. The complex is quiet and safe. The residential area offers plenty of restaurants on foot distance. The hosts are exra concerned and taking care if all details.

Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort, ingresso in casa direttamente da garage, comodissimo, piscine raggiungibili facilmente. Luogo tranquillo e sereno, giusto per una vacanza all'insegna del relax e del passare tempo di qualità insieme.

Sarebbe stato un plus, la cui assenza non intacca la valutazione generale, la possibilità di ricaricare l'auto elettrica in garage.

Mooie centraal gelegen locatie, dichtbij stadje/vesting Sirmione met eigen parkeergarage, comfortabel en keurig ingericht appartement, eigen tuin, groot zwembad op het complex. Prima wasmachine en droger.

Graag wat meer vuilniszakken en toiletpapier. Bestek kan wat uitgebreider (opschep lepel, saladebestek) De 2e slaapkamer met badkamer is in de kelder/beneden, naast de parkeergarage. Wij waren met z'n tweeën. Kan voorstellen dat voor 2 extra personen dit kan tegenvallen. Weinig daglicht.
