A very enjoyable stay. A pity we weren’t in Sirmione for longer!

The apartment was spacious and quiet, with all the facilities that we needed. Cleanliness was excellent. My son particularly enjoyed the play station. We were able to walk to the lake and to good restaurants (about 25 minutes each way).

Perfect clean flat and location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this flat in Sirmione. The location is great— not far to the lake, shop and restaurants. The flat is big and has two floors, which makes it very comfortable. It has everything you need, and everything was very clean. Jacuzzi on the terrace :) A great place to stay.

After 22.00 - there is quite hours. We respected that - no TV / no music / no loud talking.. just simple talks, but still we got a knock at the door from the neighbours :)

Perfect stay

We got a link which we manage our access remotely. All facility was prepared and cleaned, everything in the house worked. The apartment has a lot of space for family of 4. You can use the full equiped kitchen to prepare snack or dinner. There is a garrage stay, terrace, 3 bathrooms and technical room so you feel as in full equiped house. It is 7 minutes to the street with all services and restaurant, 15 minutes to the nice beach. Thank you!

Excellent apartment with a fantastic host. Wonderful beds! Would stay there again!

The owner was extremely helpful and available! The apartment is very clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable! It felt like a safe area.

I was hoping the local bus was a bit closer, but a 7 minute walk is not too bad (I'm a slow walker).

We had a wonderful stay in Sirmione. Next time we'll visit Sirmione, we'll book the same apartment.

The location is great! Walking distance to the bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is very peaceful. The aparment is brand new with all necessary equipments. And, Alberto is a fantastic host.

Rilassante e comodissimo

La casa è bellissima, molto più che nelle foto. Calda, accogliente, con tutti i comfort possibili, dalla lavatrice e asciugatrice allo spremiagrumi e alla bilancia incorporata al piano della cucina. Qualunque cosa vi venga in mente, qui la trovate. Alberto e Lara sono più che disponibili, sempre presenti oserei dire "in tempo reale" per qualunque chiarimento o anche solo per un saluto. Gentilissimi, molto sopra la media. Si percepisce il loro impegno in ogni dettaglio della casa
