Die Lage ist Top, gerade der richtige Abstand zur Altstadt. Der Balkon ist super gerade morgens wenn die Sonne aufgeht oder Abends bei Mondschein! Die Tiefgarage ist super es hat bein uns zwei mal gehagelt und ich entspannt.
Es hat zwar einen eigen Zugang zum See dieser ist etwas ungepflegt und etwas schlammig.

L' emplacement est parfait à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique de Sermione.La vue exceptionnelle et les lits très confortables.L hébergement est bien équipé ( lave vaisselle,lave linge...).
La place de parking est très duré à atteindre car des voitures sont garées devant,il faut être un bon conducteur pour y arriver). Pas d' accès pour se baigner et à éviter car à côté d un petit port de pêche...

Avere un piccolo giardino privato affacciato sul lago e attrezzato con lettini è stato veramente TOP. Inoltre l'appartamento era confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario. Letto comodissimo personale gentile e disponibile. Una vera vacanza anche se breve

Easy walk to the historic town of Sirmione, comfortable apartment with washing machine and good sized shower. Good communication with affiliated hotel for check in . Lovely view of the lake
