Central location. Air conditioning, host helped us get taxis out to train station and told us about area.
Little loud at night as band music right near building. ESP great for younger crowd.

Convenience to shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds. Excellent seating for relaxation.
No salt and pepper and no drying clothes - no washing machine tablets or instructions for use - attendance to small detail.
