About this villa rental
Elegant villa with private pool, garden and terrace, located in a quiet residential area just steps from the lake, in Sirmione.
This charming property welcomes guests into a spacious and bright living room, furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, Smart TV, and a modern open-plan kitchen fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, toaster, and American coffee machine.
A large French door leads to the private porch, furnished with outdoor table and chairs—perfect for al fresco dining with a view of the exclusive-use pool.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms. The master suite features a double bed, large wardrobe, and private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed and wardrobe, and benefits from access to the ground floor bathroom equipped with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. On the upper floor, the third bedroom offers a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower, and direct access to the villa’s private sun terrace.
The villa offers every comfort: air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, and independent heating for cooler days.
Guests also have access to a spacious private garage within the property (dimensions: width 7.2 m, length 8.08 m, height 2.4 m).
A self check-in service is available. A few days before arrival, all necessary instructions will be sent to access the property independently.
The private pool is open from May 1st to September 30th.
A baby cot and high chair are available on request at an extra cost of €5 per night.
