Well designed property but not worth the price

The property is ideally located 20 minutes walk from the old city. The property is well-equipped with all that you need and is designed wonderfully. The property is part of a complex of apartments so get to enjoy an underground parking lot, and two shared pools. Two of the rooms and the kitchen have good air conditioning and there is a big fridge and an oven, a dishwasher, and washing machine.

I have to say it was a little bit of a disappointment for us as for the price paid. The property is not as it is seen in the pictures. You can enter to the property from the garden or the parking. The parking entrance is not viable since you need to go through a very narrow spiral staircase. One of the bedrooms is a basement with no air conditioning you enter it through a very inconvenient and narrow spiral staircase or through the parking. Most windows have no sun-blocking shades, so you end up waking at at sunrise 5.30 am. Getting the keys is by meeting physically the owner or his representative which is very convoluted and needs to be coordinated upfront. If you are delayed which was our case we had to find something to do for 4 hours for the next time window to collect the keys and even in this time slot, the representative was delayed by 30 minutes due to traffic. It is not a must but I would add a microwave to the kitchen. All bedrooms have no working TVs. One that was working had a loud humming noise which practically made it unusable. Unfortunately something about the mattress was convenient and with no shades we ended with almost no sleep

Apartamento bem localizado, em Columbare, com restaurantes supermercados e outros serviços proximos. Camas confortáveis, aquecimento adequado, com todo o material de cozinha necessário.

A unica coisa que incomoda um pouco de fato é a escada em espiral, apertadinha. Nao da para subir com malas para o andar de cima

Super Lage der Wohnanlage. Tiefgarage ist für das Apartment inklusive, was die Anreise und Ausflüge sehr entspannt macht. Die Schlüsselübergabe fand nach kurzfristiger Absprache vor Ort statt und verlief angenehm und problemlos. Zwei Pools konnten genutzt werden, beide waren sehr gepflegt und nicht überlaufen. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß zu den Restaurants am See, Supermarkt wenige Minuten mit dem Auto.

Ein Urlaub mit eingeschränkter Erholung.

Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir bereits erwartet und sehr freundlich empfangen. Uns wurde die Wohnung ausführlich gezeigt. Sehr schön war auch der große Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung geht über zwei Ebenen, wobei die obere Ebene mehr Charme hat. Dafür ist das Bad in der unteren Ebene besser. Besonders die Dusche ist deutlich leichter zu nutzen und bietet mehr Platz. Sonst hat uns die Wohnung gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist wertig und umfangreich. In der Küche wäre neue Pfannen sinnvoll. Die vorhandenen Pfannen sind bereits ziemlich zerkratzt. Eine neue Lampe im Kühlschrank wäre auch hilfreich. Das sind aber alles keine großen Themen. Der Garten hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt viele Möbel. Der Weg zum nächsten Pool ist sehr kurz. Ein zweiter Pool mit einer sehr großen Liegewiese ist etwas weiter von der Wohnung entfernt. Auch in die Tiefagarage kommt man durch den Garten sehr schnell. Wer eine Ladesäule braucht, findet am Eingang zur Anlage einen gut nutzbaren Ladepunkt. Ein Vergleich der Anbieter (Apps) ist auf jeden Fall ratsam. Es gibt deutliche Preisunterschiede. Die Lage der Anlage in Sirmione ist günstig. Man kann bequem zur Spitze der Landzunge gehen. Es gib bereits in unmittelbarer Nähe gute Restaurants, Eisdielen und min. eine Bäckerei.

Genervt haben uns die Bewohner der oberen Wohnung. Dort wurden über sehr lange Zeiträume Möbel hin und her geschoben. Wir konnten den Grund für die Aktivitäten nicht herausfinden. Möglicherweise ist das auch kein Dauerzustand. Dennoch hatten wir im Urlaub mehr Ruhe erwartet. Weiterhin wurde wir morgens durch die Arbeit eines Handwerkers (Gasservice) geweckt. Hier wäre ein Hinweis von der Vermieterin im voraus hilfreich gewesen. Wenn man zwischen den Ebenen der Wohnung pendeln will, muss man eine enge, steile Wendeltreppe verwenden.
