Beautiful view, very modern, clean, well equipped and great communication with the host. Private terrace with sun beds and great views looking out over the lake. Would love to go back.

Absolutely stunning property, we stayed in a lovely apartment and big balcony overlooking a great pool. You would be hard pressed to find a cleaner apartment it was spotless! The pool was a great asset and you more or less had it to yourself as it was only a small complex. There are a couple of great places just a 5 minute walk of the property (one in each direction) offering good coffees and croissants for breakfast.
It is a bit far out of Sirmione especially in the very hot summer, it was about 40 minute walk to the middle and another 40minutes to the Castle. However, I took advice from Rosa about whether we needed to get a hire a car for a visit which she did recommend and it really enabled us to get around the whole lake over our trip and that was wonderful. This is a great property as long as you have your own transport. Public transport in the area is very poor. Evening restaurants within 10 minute walking distance weren’t the best, but if driving there were countless wonderful options.

Apartament is well located, host was nice and comunicative. I reccomend staying there.
I understand it's not guaranteed but maybe getting few more bits like kitchen salt or some more tea would be nice.
