This ground-floor apartment offers 40 sqm of living space and a covered 15 sqm terrace, perfect for outdoor dining. Inside, you will find a living room with a kitchenette, dining area for 4, a sofa bed with two single beds, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Recently renovated, the apartment features new furniture, air conditioning for both cooling and heating, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi suitable for video calls. The shared pool is open from May 1st to the end of September, daily from 09:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00.
Casa Punta Grò is close to the lake yet away from the crowds, ideally located for reaching Sirmione’s thermal baths by bus and exploring Lake Garda and its surroundings. At the residence entrance, you will find two restaurants and a minimarket. A fully equipped beach is just a 5-minute walk away.
