It was disappointing

Unfortunately , the property was not as nice as the photos. It was run down Inferior furniture- plastic chairs and table, no coffee table , white stained sofa outside , no decor or charm. Garden was overgrown. No basics - no salt , no paper towels , no coffee - not even a single wine glass. Also 15-20min walk to Sirmione (depending if you took coastal walk)

YOU BEEN WARNED - DO NOT BOOk.

There was nothing to like about this apartment. The thing that makes it rentable is direct access to the lake, but even has some dangerous sharp metal objects sticking out the water.

The property should not be allowed to advertise for rent, it’s not fit for purpose. Dirty headboards, broken sofa bed, falling off tiles, smelly not working fridge, an absolute dump. To top it up, our car was brought up from underground carpark by a stuff member filled with clutch burn smoke and the stuff just brushed it off as my fault, luckily they didn’t burn it completely.

Double check the facilities but amazing location

Location, staff and service was amazing. We could park our vehicle and also get it charged for a fixed fee. Staff supported us in getting some missing items and were very courteous.

Apartment description and facilities were not matching. We booked one with dishwasher, washing machine and other facilities, but they were not available in the apartment. Not even sponge or cleaning liquid for the dishes were provided.

The size and location of the apartment and access to the Alevic Hotel pool facilities. It is ideal for families with up to 2 children.

Having to collect the keys at the hotel and then find the apartment. The sofa / sofa bed was uncomfortable when sat on.

Family vacation while my kids are in Italy! This is a beautiful area and this was a great location.

We loved the view and the area. Close enough to everything. A little loud at night with people coming and going.. but things settled down quickly.

The kitchen wasn’t as well equipped as I would have liked. There was no cooking oil or salt and pepper in the pantry. Additionally, there wasn’t a tea towel which proved difficult when cooking meals.

Balcony was nice but full of mosquitos so it was unusable. Fairly wide bathroom and a kitchenette was nice.

Staff. You need to go half a km away from the property to take keys. And staff says "it's 200m down the road" without giving you any address. Guess what - half a kilometer. More than half actually. Useless. Also, the bed was uncomfortable and it was a retracting one - waking up and you see springs which you can bang with your head easily. No soap. No washing liquid. No shampoo. No tea or coffee. No toilet paper. Seriously asking these prices....

The parking was not on site as described, check-in AND parking were 750 meters from actual property. After contacting the manager some on site parking was made available with several caveats (car size, needing to operate a car elevator). Upstairs apartment infested with spiders. Very uncomfortable sofa bed.

The photos of the property on booking.com do not clearly show which apartment you are going to get. This is a bit misleading as some photos show a modernised kitchen and bathroom, however we were in the one where these were in need of modernisation, but this was not clear upon booking. This should be made clearer as everything was working and the apartment was comfortable and clean.

Wrong room-unhelpful staff

Instead of the room with “garden view”, we had a very loud streetview window. The woman who showed us the room did not seem interested in customer service, or her job as a matter of fact, and just kept repeating that we booked a basic room, which is a matter between her & booking.com

Access to the property was unbelievably chaotic as parking was at another Hotel, and the reception, as well. The hardwood floors of the unit were totally scratched; the apartment drab.

Not worth the price

Luckily there was a shared garden with access to the lake, where you can swim just in front of the pier and the staff was friendly.

The appartement looked cheap, the matrasses were quite hard and we couldn't use the kitchen because the cooker hood was dirty. The appartement is not located well if you want to visit Sirmione on foot. It's a 30 minute walk to the grocery stores! Furthermore it is unclear where you have to check in. All our booking information said, was "check in at a location near the appartement". We had to call and find out where exactly that was: the hotel just next door (number 40). That is where you have to park your car as well, but beware, there is not enough room for everyone.

Clean, quiet oasis just minutes from the historic center

The apartment had everything we needed-- everything to cook, keep then towels, a sponge and dish soap to clean, plenty of towels in the bathroom, lots of shower gel/shampoo, lotion, and soap, and even a hair dryer. We needed an extra blanket for our daughter, and it was no problem to request one at the reception of the Hotel Saviola (next door).

It was unclear whether or not the apartment would be cleaned every day. It was not, which was absolutely ok, but we were unsure of what to do with our full garbage bags. Booking.com made it seem like cleaning would be included every day, but perhaps that was for Hotel Saviola, which owned the apartment. Simply clarifying this point on the website and upon arrival would be good. It would also be helpful to know that the free parking is at Hotel Saviola, which is right next to the apartment.

Superb

Very comfortable and clean apartment with good amenities. There is a semi-private backyard for the building which is fantastic for a swim and views of the setting sun. Good distance to the town and noise from the road was not an issue.

The free parking is on a first come first serve basis. The staff did what they could to fit our car in with the others and get it out in the morning, but there is limited space and don't count on getting your car out in a hurry in the morning

Primavera Stay is een Beetje aftands pand maar met enige moeite kan men hier een pareltje van maken

Het was een appartement met mogelijkheid tot nuttigen van het ontbijt in het hotel. Ontbijt was OK doch ontbijtruimte niet wow wow. Misschien beter in de zomer als er mogelijkheid geboden wordt om buiten te ontbijten alhoewel het zicht dan ook niet echt super is. Na verhuis naar de overkant (nieuw gebouw met prachtige gelijkvloers appartement) was ons verblijf top!

Trotz kleine Mängel immer wieder gerne

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Vintage Style ist wirklich sehr toll umgesetzt. Das Zimmer ist im grossen ganzen ok und sauber. Man hat soweit alles was man braucht für einen Kurztrip. Die Terrasse ist gross und hat genug Ausstattung. Sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet.

Das Bad ist teilweise zu klein und es ist zu eng. Das schloss an der Türe verschließt sich wen man nicht den aufpasst. Das Bett rutscht schnell mal auseinander und es ist leider ein Generator am Dach denn man vibrieren hört beim Versuch zu schlafen 😅.
