About this villa rental

Terraced house in a corner, exclusive only 50 m from the lake !!. The house has a small private pool with shower and was renovated in 2013, with the highest quality materials and furnished with great taste. The entrance area is very bright and the private garden is equipped with all comforts. The house is equipped with period furniture and all kitchen equipment. The two bedrooms are located on the first floor, one with a double bed while the other with 2 single beds (convertible into a double) and a baby bed, are air conditioned and from here you can access the balcony with folding chairs. deck. A bathroom with shower / toilet and sink is located on the first floor and on the ground floor there is a small guest bathroom. The living area is equipped with 2 comfortable sofas, ceiling fan and relaxation area with flat-screen satellite TV and free wi-fi. The famous beach Bremen equipped with bar / restaurant and pedal boat rental is about 50 meters away. We provide 2 bicycles and a map with indications of the best itineraries and restaurants. For the car private parking in front of the house (without roof)

The house is comfortable, wih well equiped kitchen, with small garden and there table and chairs on terrasse in the morning and sofas for drinks in the evening, an amazing pool wich was very usefull in hot days. The owner was bery nice and helpfull. The house is near the beach (around the corner) and has strategic position (to the bus stop to city-centre, many restaurants and caffees and shops).

Sirmione offers the perfect mix of history, spiagge (beaches), views, and connections to other towns. The villa is only minutes away from the bus stops to get up to the island, or to Peschiera or to Desenzano. We hired a car too for a few days so having free parking was a bonus. With young kids, we find balance in our holidays by exploring in the mornings and back for the pool in the hot afternoons. The pool at the villa was the perfect size (bigger than we anticipated - plenty of room for games and chilling). The villa has a lovely feel to it - a nice mix of traditional and modern and was really well equipped. The host was such a lovely guy - extremely helpful and thoughtful and communicating through this app was so easy and he responded very quickly to any message. Couldn't praise this villa enough.

Lovely house, clean, did exactly what we needed. 10 minutes walk from the bus stop or 30 minute nice walk to Sirmione. 2 min walk from the lake and a good beach bar. Owner was contactable when we needed him, gave great recommendations, helped us with transport and booked us into a restaurant for our first night. He was excellent. A fabulous holiday.

Seriously this is a lovely apartment in a great location with all of the facilities that you could wish for... No, it did not have a hot tub - but it turns out that VRBO have been adding this to many of their properties. One of the great surprises that the property now benefits from a continuous supply of filtered water - plain or carbonated We had a great holiday and would thoroughly recommend this property without hesitation.

Villa Barbara is a well appointed villa, very comfortable and well equipped. It is ideally located for easy walking access to Spiaggia Brema, the old town and the new town and has a useful dedicated parking area. Masaccio is an excellent host, attentive and informative who made sure we had everything we needed to make the most of f our stay. We all greatly enjoyed our stay in Villa Barbara

Stayed here in September 2023. Great location with parking. The place is clean and has a nice small private pool. The only consideration are the stairs. If you have any issues with stairs this isn’t the unit fur you. If you are good with stairs this is a very comfortable, great location and clean rental.

We had a wonderful stay, the host Castellazzo was so helpful and welcoming. Great communication before arrival and during our stay. The villa had everything we needed and really clean and comfy beds and furnishings. It is located by the lake in a nice residential area, there is a beach bar nearby serving food and drinks. The bus stop is about a 5 min walk which will then take you in to Sirmione to enjoy the old town. Also number 9 bus stop will then connect you to travel on to other towns. The new town of Sirmione is about a 15 min walk where you will find shops, cafes, restaurants and the local supermarket. The villa also has 2 bikes that you can use and cycling is very popular in this area. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely villa just minutes away from the beach within easy walking distance of the new town centre and a 10 minute bus ride to old Sirmione. The Villa is well Equipped and in a lovely peaceful location, and has everything you need and more, Masaccio is a great host and very helpful with tips of places to visit. As a group of friends, we had a lovely few days in this beautiful house in Sirmione, only a few steps from the beach. Great and very caring host, Massaccio provided us with great tips and recommendations and was super flexible with the check in time. We strongly recommend the beach bar only 2 min from the house. Great place if you are travelling with a dog as the whole garden is enclosed with a fence. Very clean and cosy house and lots of comfortable garden furniture, perfect to chill in the garden. As the house is close to the garden we recommend to bring inscet repellent. Will definitely come again.

This home was absolutely perfect! We stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment. The home is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood just steps from the lake. Dezenzano is just 10 min away and a definite must-see. We spent many days there enjoying the lake, shopping and restaurants. Old Sirmione is 5 min away with a stunning castle. We drove to Milan and Venice twice. Each taking about and hour and 20 min to get to. Very doable. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing with coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. We did plenty of both. Kitchen is nicely equipped with everything needed to cook up family meals. Our host even left 2 wonderful bottles of wine as a welcome gift. He was very easy to communicate with. Could not have asked for anything better.

Great house in central but quiet location

We had a great stay here last week. The owner asked us to message him when we were close by and met us at the gate. Property easy to find with google maps and a parking space right outside the property. The lounge dining area was well decorated and spacious and the kitchen had coffee maker, microwave etc. There is a downstairs toilet and two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. There is also a large balcony which enjoys the sun. The area is a quiet residential area, but just outside the main tourist part of sirmione, so easy to get around. The garden has sunloungers and a good sized plunge pool which was great. The owner also supplies two good sturdy bikes, one with a child seat, and helmets, padlocks, Pump, and it is lovely to cycle along the lakeside in the mornings and to get bread. A very enjoyable stay, thank you

We enjoyed the stay very much! The house is convenient for families with nearby lake access and grocery shopping. We were also able to reach the old town of Sirmione by foot in 35 minutes. The pool was also a nice option for cooling off when we were at the house.

The Family Castellazzo were very friendly and helpful host, they responded to our question swiftly and were attentive to our needs. Das Haus war perfekt mit allem was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber und der Vermieter der auch gut deutsch sprach sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war sehr gut, der Strand nur ein paar Meter weg( Badeschuhe empfehlenswert), mit dem Shuttlebus war mit 1 Euro schnell in Sirmione,. Das einzigste was uns gestört hat war die Baustelle nebenan und unsern Sohn hat das nicht so gut funktionierende wlan genervt. Aber sonst ist das Haus perfekt und wir würden immer wieder da hin fahren. LG Andreas und Familie

Mit Hund sind in der Gegend in und um Sirmione viele Unternehmen möglich. Sei es das Baden im Gardasee, oder das Herumtollen auf einer in der Nähe gelegenen Hundewiese. Für alle ist etwas dabei! In den Restaurants ist die Mitnahme unseres Hundes auch problemlos möglich gewesen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass die Familie Castellazzo für uns das Ausziehsofa im Erdgeschoss, als Alternative zum Bett im Obergeschoss, hergerichtet hat, damit unsere Arthrose geplagte Hündin die Treppen nicht laufen musste und wir so die Nächte bei ihr verbringen konnten. Lediglich das fußläufige Café hatte Anfang März saisonbedingt noch nicht geöffnet. Das war etwas schade. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Barabara und kommen gerne wieder :)

Der Eigentümer war sehr zuvorkommend und hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Das Haus liegt günstig, nur 30m vom Gardasee entfernt aber leider kein Blick auf den Gardasee. Mit Hund war es sehr praktisch. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Woche.

Wir verbachten einen perfekten Urlaub in absoluter Traumlage am Lago di Garda. Tolles Haus, 50 Meter zum See, ein Traum auch für die Hunde. Einzig ein grosses scharfes messer & ein besserer Grill hat gefehlt. Der Duschschlauch war brüching, ansonsten perfekt. Vielen Dnak auch an den Vermieter, total super nett !!!

Der Vermieter ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Die beiden Fahrräder sind sehr nützlich. Wir waren im November da und es war schon zu kalt um den Garten und den Pool zu nutzen. Aber beides sah sehr nett und einladend aus. Wie schon in einer Bewertung gelesen: Anti-Mückenspray für den Aufenthalt draußen nicht vergessen - aber das Haus hat zum Glück überall Fliegengitter.

Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Lage ist super. Wir haben unseren Wagen den ganzen Urlaub lang nicht bewegt - mit dem Fahrrad ist alles im Ort einfach zu erreichen. Es war richtig schön. Und der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben.
