The apartment is a small nice air-conditioned accommodation with all necessary equipment with a direct view on the lake. Communication to the owner was very good, he supplied us with all information. Parking area is close to the apartment, 2 minutes walk. We was staying by 5 people in the apartment but it is more appropriate for 4. Sofa is not suitable for sleeping. You have a direct view to the see and the beach is 5 minutes far away from the apartment. On the beach is a bar with appropriate prices. You need 15 minutes to reach the small and nice city. We had a very nice stay at Diego’s Apartment. The apartment is very nice I was there with my family (3 person and a dog) the size of the apartment was OK for us, from the reviews we already know that the bathroom is small, but that was not a problem for us. The location of this apartment and the view to the lake is absolute great. We enjoyed, sitting on the terrace in the morning and late evening, during the day it was too hot for me  . We did not miss the possibility to use the pool, because swimming in the lake was awesome. Diego is a great host. He answered our questions, we had in front up, immediately. In addition, he was always reachable via telephone. The neighbors were very friendly to us. The only point that was not so great, is the WLAN, it was very slow. In summary, I have to say, we really enjoy the stay in Diego’s apartment. Thank you and take care Chris

The apartment is in the well maintained complex and it has direct access to the lake. That made me a little relaxed when I prepared to go to the lake, because I could just come back to grep the stuff if I missed something. The communication with the landlord from check-in to check-out was very nice. He was quite proactive to the questions and concerns. The air conditioning worked quite well. The balcony is spacious, but the bathroom is a little small, though the water pressure was high enough and there was no problem with using hot water. It was disappointed that I was not able to use the swimming pool, because it looked good. Overall, it is nice place to stay if you want to stay nearby the lake.

Nice, small apartment with terasse. Everything is very clean and the owner is engaged. New kitchen with gas oven, espresso machine and big fridge. Wlan, flat tv and air condition - nobody needs more. 2 min to the lake and 20 min to the center of colombare. Diego, thank you for such a great time in Italy.

We stayed for a week in September and the apartment was exactly as advertised. Everything was spotlessly clean including all the cutlery and pans which I would expect as the cleaning fee was 50 euros. You will definitely need a car as, if you didn't want to self cater, there is only a snack bar and a beach bar within walking distance, There is a view of the lake from the balcony but this is now obscured by the trees on adjacent land. The shower is the smallest we have ever seen and the way the shower curtain is hung makes it almost impossible to shower without drenching the bathroom with water. The bed is very comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space and coat hangers. Take your own kettle as there isn't one provided, also the toaster was broken and the toilet cistern constantly trickled water unless you had the knack of stopping it. Hopefully these problems have now been fixed together with the safety shutter which stopped a foot from the floor in the lounge and the bedroom shutter which we couldn't open.. There is a concrete spiral staircase to access the apartment so anyone with mobility problems should be aware .The lady who will come to meet you with the key speaks French and Italian . Despite all the niggly problems we had a very relaxing holiday and although we wouldn't stay here again we would definitely return to Lake Garda but next time will stay in one of the towns.

We stayed in Diego's appartement for a week and had a very nice time there. The appartment is as described, maybe a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen area was nice and newly refurbished. The shower is very small so my husband who is 1,90m found it a bit cramped. The bedrooms were fine and with lots of space for our clothes. It was a great advatage to have air condition at night. We really liked the pool area where you also have a great view of the lake. The appartement was impeccably clean on arrival. We never met the host, but the cleaning lady met us and delivered the keys so no problem. I would recommend the appartment. Its practical if you want to visit Sirmione and the area. It is a quiet neighbourhood, but not far from restaurants and shops. Its easy to take the bus to the old town of Sirmione - only takes a few minutes.

We had a warm welcome from Diego and his wife. It was no issue at all, that we arrived 2 hours later than planned. Diego was always available in case of any questions to help or give hints where to go. The pool, next to the lake, was very clean and just perfect for our kids. The new kitchen and the big terrace are very nicely furnished. On the terrace there're lounge seats and a dinning table including lake view. There's a bar and a beach (though not sand) and a restaurant nearby in walking distance at the lake. We can totally recommend Diego's apartment.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Mit Hund sogar perfekt. Die Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt eine nette Strandbar in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist nicht riesig aber ausreichend. Der Balkon ist recht groß.

L'accueil et la communication s'est très bien passée. L'appartement se situe dans une résidence calme avec une belle piscine, à proximité immédiate du lac (la plage la plus proche n'est pas adaptée à la baignade : pas de fond, des cailloux et une eau boueuse). Malheureusement le tout est un peu vieillissant : notamment de nombreux problèmes électriques dû à un manque de puissance. (climatisation et lave vaisselle et tout saute). Très mauvaise connection internet. Les pièces sont très petites, surtout la salle de bain. Peu de vaisselle, aucune produit de 1ere nécessité (pas de papier toilette, pas d'éponge, pas de liquide vaisselle, pas de sel, pas de poivre,...). Au final, je trouve l'appartement cher par rapport aux prestations fournies.

Unser Urlaub auf dem gepflegten Anwesen mit direktem Zugang zum See war sehr entspannt und erholsam. Der Swimmingpool war ebenfalls gut gepflegt, lediglich die Sonnenschirme waren etwas knapp in der Anzahl. In der Wohnung haben wir uns (u.a. auch dank der gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage) sehr wohlgefühlt. Insgesamt alles empfehlenswert.

Wir waren ziemlich zufrieden mit unseren Aufenthalt zum See waren es bon der Wohnung aus 2 Minuten Fußweg ganz in DDR Nähe eine Beach Bar wo man super essen und trinken kann direkt am Wasser. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett bei fragen war er immer direkt telefonisch da und hat uns super geholfen. Die Dusche war leider nur etwas klein und normal duschen ohne das Bad etwas unter wasser zusetzen war nicht möglich, ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden die Terasse ist schön gemütlich und der Pool der Anlage ist auch sehr schön. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden aufjeden Fall wieder kommen. Diego Grazie di tutto

das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet. Der Eigentümer legt Wert auf Wohlfühlatmosphäre; hübsche Bilder an den Wänden und nette Accesoires. Der Pool ist ca. 18x10m groß und lädt sofort zum Schwimmen ein. Auf der angrenzenden großzügigen Grünanlage mit leichter Hanglage hat man einen super Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind sehr vielfältig. Sirmione ist ideal gelegen um in beide Uferrichtungen den Gardasee zu erkunden. Auch Ziele wie Verona und Brescia sind mit dem Auto relativ schnell zu erreichen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: es gab in einigen Küstenorten einfach zu viele Touristen, weshalb man häufig im Stau festhing. Hatten wir Anfang September nicht unbedingt erwartet.

Wir hatten schön Tage in Diegos Apartment. Die Buchung sowie Check-in und -out liefen problemlos und sehr schnell. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht. Hervorzuheben ist die große gemütliche Terrasse mit Seeblick. Die Apartment Anlage insgesamt liegt praktisch mit direktem Seezugang. Eine Strandbar und Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe. Parkplätze gehören mit zur Anlage und sind daher immer vorhanden. Der Pool liegt direkt neben dem See, ist sehr groß und man kann super entspannen.

Buchung und Übergabe/Abgabe der Wohnung hat super geklappt. Keine versteckten Kosten. Sehr netter Vermieter. Pool ist groß genug, aber wer will schon im Pool schwimmen, wenn er direkt in den See springen kann. Schöner, sehr großer Balkon. Handtücher lagen für uns bereit. Einziger Kritikpunkt: das Bad und das zweite Schlafzimmer sind etwas klein. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank

Wir haben spontan eine Woche Ferien zu Pandemie Zeiten bei Diego gebucht. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Kontakt. Meine zwei Kinder haben den Pool sehr genossen, und mein Mann und ich die fabelhafte Aussicht auf den See vom Balkon aus. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir waren die ersten Gäste nach dem reiseverbot und die Wohnanlage sowie der Strand waren leer. Das war super, alle Abstandsregeln konnten super eingehalten werden. Allerdings gab es dadurch nur eine online-Einweisung und keine persönliche Begrüßung. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber für 4 Personen (2 erwachsene, 2 kinder) ausreichend. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und wurde von uns täglich genutzt. Der Pool öffnete am 1.7.20 und wir waren in dieser Woche die einzigen Nutzer.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und verbrachten eine sehr entspannte Woche in Sirmione. Das Apartment war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und von der großen Terrasse hatte man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See, der direkt an die Wohnanlage grenzt. Leider war die schöne Poolanlage bereits geschlossen. Der Pool ist mit Sicherheit für den Sommer ein Muss für groß und klein. Die Anmietung war einfach und sehr professionell, sowie auch sehr persönlich durch den Vermieter begleitet worden. Keine Frage blieb unbeantwortet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Apartment sehr empfehlen. Fünf Sterne.

Diegos Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Sie befindet sich in einer großen Appartmentanlage bestehend aus mehreren Komplexen. Insgesamt ist die Anlage schon älter, die Ferienwohnung wurde aber renoviert und ist ansprechend. Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit Fenster. Die Wohnanlage verfügt über eigene Parkplätze. Die Lage am See ist perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen bis zum Jamaika Beach oder nach Dezensane. Große Supermärkte befinden sich in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit Diego war vor und während des Aufenthalts immer hervorragend.

Wir waren zu viert sehr gut untergebracht. Der Vermieter war sehr aufmerksam und gastfreundlich. Da wir Anfang September, d.h. nicht mehr zur Hauptsaison, dort waren, hatten wir den Pool vier Tage für uns alleine, was bei dem tollen Wetter einfach klasse war. Auch die gesamte Appartementanlage war sauber und ordentlich, direkt am Ufer des Gardasees, unweit davon eine nette Strandbar von wo aus wir die Sonnenuntergänge genießen konnten. Fazit: gerne wieder und vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft!

Wir waren als 4köpfige Familie (Kinder11 und 14J.) für eine Woche in Diegos Apartment in Sirmione. Die Wohnung ist klein, mit Geschmack eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr! gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar eine kleine Spülmaschine, großer Kühlschrank. Klimaanlage läuft zuverlässig. Der große Balkon mit Seeblick bietet viel Platz und Privatatmosphäre, sehr schön! Der Pool ist groß und sauber. Nur wenige Meter zum See zum Spazieren oder baden oder segeln. In 200 m Entfernung eine Strandbar, wunderbar, wenn man mal nicht mit dem Auto unterwegs sein will. Wir fanden die Lage super, nach Sirmione Zentrum, Peschiera, Desenzano usw. sehr kurze Fahrtzeiten. Auch Gardaland und Sealife sind schnell erreicht. Sehr guter, freundlicher Kontakt zum Eigentümer. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert!

Nous avons adoré le secteur et l'appartement est juste parfait, d'une propreté irréprochable! Diego est vraiment très sympathique et très arrangeant que ce soit pour l'arrivée ou le départ. Nous reviendrons sans aucun soucis dans cet bel appartement très pratique, dans une résidence très agréable, calme, avec la piscine qui est très bien et pas trop bondée. Si il devait y avoir un seul bémol à mettre, c'est la douche qui n'est pas très pratique avec le tuyau en l'air pour les enfants, mais ce n' a pas été un troos gros soucis.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen in Sirmione in Diegos Apartment. In der Wohnung ist alles was gebraucht wird. Wir haben jeden Abend gemütlich auf der Terrasse mit Seeblick verbracht. Der Pool war der Hit für die Kinder, nur an den Wochenenden war es ein wenig voll und Liegen waren knapp. Wir konnten schnell zum Baden im See durch das Tor der Anlage. Ein Tretbootverleih und die Strandbar am Spiaggia Brema sind durch die prima Lage schnell zu erreichen. Insgesamt ist das Apartment mit seiner Ausstattung und durch die Lage sehr empfehlenswert für Familienurlaube.

Zuerst zur Wohnung: Super sauber! Alles ist da, was man braucht. Typisch südländisch und doch liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und hatten auch genug Platz für unsere persönlichen Dinge. Die Terasse ist wunderbar, großzügig, Markisen für den Schatten, perfekt um draußen zu leben. Die Anlage: sehr, sehr gepflegt, ruhig, großzügiger Poolbereich mit vielen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, schöne schattige Rasenfläche und immer der Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Umgebung: von der Anlage gelangt man direkt zum See und keine 5 min. Fußweg ist man am Strand Brema mit Wiese, Liegen- und Sonnenschirmverleih, Strand und Steh und der weltbesten Beach Bar „Il Fiore“. Wir haben nirgends besseren Café Americano oder Aperol Spritz getrunken, es wird gegrillt, Pizza, Panini, Salat, Burger etc. sind super! 10 min. Fußweg zum Bus nach Sirmione für 1 Euro/Person (fährt bis nachts nach 12). Innerhalb von ca. 20 KM hat man alles schöne was zu sehen und zu erleben gibt wie Laso, Valeggio sul Mincio, den Auqa Park Parco Cavour, etc.. Um die Wohnung herum gibt es viele Lokale zu Fuß erreichbar und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zu Diego: jederzeit erreichbar, immer hilfsbereit, stellt sich auf seine Gäste ein, TOP! Ja, die Anlage ist nicht neu, aber wirklich gepflegt und es wird erneuert, auch in der Wohnung wurde schon fleißig Hand angelegt. Dies war nicht mein erster Besuch am Gardasee und wenn ich noch einmal fahre, dann ganz sicher in die Wohnung von Diego :-)

Wir haben eine Woche lang im September in Diego's Appartement Urlaub gemacht. Der größte Pluspunkt dieser Wohnung und des ganzen Ferienkomplexes ist der Ort. Alles ist sehr schnell erreichbar: der See mit Strand, 2 Restaurants (in Il Fiori Beach Bar sollte man vorher reservieren), einige Supermarkts (2-5 min mit dem Auto), zum Zentrum von Sirmione sind es max 10 min mit dem Auto. Außerdem war der Pool der Ferienanlage ausgezeichnet: sauberes Wasser ohne Chlorgeruch, es sind immer Liegen frei und man braucht nur 2 min zurück zur Wohnung. Im Appartement sind alle Zimmer klimatisiert, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Balkon ist tatsächlich groß mit einer schönen Aussicht auf den See. Diego ist sehr kommunikativ und wirklich immer erreichbar.

Immerso nel verde, a due (UNO!) passi dal lago

Siamo stati ospiti nell'appartamento di Diego a settembre 2018. 3 persone + 2 cani di taglia media. L'appartamento non è immenso (giusto per 3 o 4 persone), ma ben curato e, devo dirlo, pulitissimo. Il terrazzo è spaziosissimo e gode di un'incantevole vista lago laterale. Il fronte della casa, oltre che sul camminamento laterale del giardino, si affaccia su un piccolo "boschetto",esterno, quindi pace e tranquillità sono assicurate! Il meraviglioso, curatissimo e spaziosissimo giardino condominiale è molto piacevole: sono presenti tavoli con sedie per godere del fresco degli alberi e anche sdraio da posizionare come meglio si vuole, al sole o all'ombra, ma sempre e comunque fronte lago! Nel giardino è presente anche una piscina condominiale, pulita e organizzata: noi ne abbiamo usufruito solo una volta e molto velocemente perchè l'acqua era gelida!! D'altra parte, a metà settembre, è più che comprensibile! Dai cancelli pedonali della proprietà si accede direttamente su un tratto di lago incantevole: una splendida passeggiata che porta alla bella e attrezzata spiaggia Brera. Nel complesso, mi sento sicuramente di consigliare la permanenza in questa proprietà, in particolare a chi è alla ricerca di tranquillità!! Vorrei approfittare di questo spazio per rivolgere i miei più sentiti ringraziamenti a Diego e a Rahal che sono stati sempre più che gentili e molto più che disponibili!! Grazie ancora di cuore da parte di tutta la nostra famiglia!
