Lovely spot on Lake Garda with an easy walk to restaurants. Diego was extremely helpful and welcoming. Check-in and out was seamless.

The apartment is a small nice air-conditioned accommodation with all necessary equipment with a direct view on the lake. Communication to the owner was very good, he supplied us with all information. Parking area is close to the apartment, 2 minutes walk. We was staying by 5 people in the apartment but it is more appropriate for 4. Sofa is not suitable for sleeping. You have a direct view to the see and the beach is 5 minutes far away from the apartment. On the beach is a bar with appropriate prices. You need 15 minutes to reach the small and nice city. We had a very nice stay at Diego’s Apartment. The apartment is very nice I was there with my family (3 person and a dog) the size of the apartment was OK for us, from the reviews we already know that the bathroom is small, but that was not a problem for us. The location of this apartment and the view to the lake is absolute great. We enjoyed, sitting on the terrace in the morning and late evening, during the day it was too hot for me  . We did not miss the possibility to use the pool, because swimming in the lake was awesome. Diego is a great host. He answered our questions, we had in front up, immediately. In addition, he was always reachable via telephone. The neighbors were very friendly to us. The only point that was not so great, is the WLAN, it was very slow. In summary, I have to say, we really enjoy the stay in Diego’s apartment. Thank you and take care Chris

The apartment is in the well maintained complex and it has direct access to the lake. That made me a little relaxed when I prepared to go to the lake, because I could just come back to grep the stuff if I missed something. The communication with the landlord from check-in to check-out was very nice. He was quite proactive to the questions and concerns. The air conditioning worked quite well. The balcony is spacious, but the bathroom is a little small, though the water pressure was high enough and there was no problem with using hot water. It was disappointed that I was not able to use the swimming pool, because it looked good. Overall, it is nice place to stay if you want to stay nearby the lake.

Nice, small apartment with terasse. Everything is very clean and the owner is engaged. New kitchen with gas oven, espresso machine and big fridge. Wlan, flat tv and air condition - nobody needs more. 2 min to the lake and 20 min to the center of colombare. Diego, thank you for such a great time in Italy.

We stayed for a week in September and the apartment was exactly as advertised. Everything was spotlessly clean including all the cutlery and pans which I would expect as the cleaning fee was 50 euros. You will definitely need a car as, if you didn't want to self cater, there is only a snack bar and a beach bar within walking distance, There is a view of the lake from the balcony but this is now obscured by the trees on adjacent land. The shower is the smallest we have ever seen and the way the shower curtain is hung makes it almost impossible to shower without drenching the bathroom with water. The bed is very comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space and coat hangers. Take your own kettle as there isn't one provided, also the toaster was broken and the toilet cistern constantly trickled water unless you had the knack of stopping it. Hopefully these problems have now been fixed together with the safety shutter which stopped a foot from the floor in the lounge and the bedroom shutter which we couldn't open.. There is a concrete spiral staircase to access the apartment so anyone with mobility problems should be aware .The lady who will come to meet you with the key speaks French and Italian . Despite all the niggly problems we had a very relaxing holiday and although we wouldn't stay here again we would definitely return to Lake Garda but next time will stay in one of the towns.

We stayed in Diego's appartement for a week and had a very nice time there. The appartment is as described, maybe a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen area was nice and newly refurbished. The shower is very small so my husband who is 1,90m found it a bit cramped. The bedrooms were fine and with lots of space for our clothes. It was a great advatage to have air condition at night. We really liked the pool area where you also have a great view of the lake. The appartement was impeccably clean on arrival. We never met the host, but the cleaning lady met us and delivered the keys so no problem. I would recommend the appartment. Its practical if you want to visit Sirmione and the area. It is a quiet neighbourhood, but not far from restaurants and shops. Its easy to take the bus to the old town of Sirmione - only takes a few minutes.

We had a warm welcome from Diego and his wife. It was no issue at all, that we arrived 2 hours later than planned. Diego was always available in case of any questions to help or give hints where to go. The pool, next to the lake, was very clean and just perfect for our kids. The new kitchen and the big terrace are very nicely furnished. On the terrace there're lounge seats and a dinning table including lake view. There's a bar and a beach (though not sand) and a restaurant nearby in walking distance at the lake. We can totally recommend Diego's apartment.
