Perfect spot for a beach vacation in Garda.

The location is superb - step out of the building and you are on the beach (though we could not bathe yet). The hosts very extremely friendly and helped us with everything (at the beginning we had no hot water and heating) and also offered us several upgrades and options to prolong our stay (which we had to decline unfortunately). You also get the use of the garden, each app has a separate patio table & chairs. WiFi was decent. You also get a parking space closed behind a gate, so secure and guaranteed. It is also within walking distance to Sirmione (2.5 km) so you can avoid most of the problems with parking and only have to worry about the crowds on the pavement :D

While everything was clean and useful there were two minor issues than one should be aware of. The floor in the bathroom is made from tiles that become VERY slippery when wet, so if you are not careful you might fall quickly. The second is that our apartment was bottom floor and felt a bit damp. I believe that this was due the start of the season and once we got the heating sorted out it quickly got better.

We’d definitely stay here again!

Back from a 7 night stay in Lake Garda, we’d definitely stay at Tulipano apartments again both Roberta and Monica were so welcoming and helpful. We stayed with our nearly 2 year old and the apartments had everything we needed and in such a great location. We’re glad we didn’t stay in/super close to the old town as it was incredibly busy but we walked and got the shuttle bus in for the beaches and to explore. The pool was also great, clean and quiet! Can’t wait for our next stay.

great location, clean, modern, provided a lovely little breakfast kit with cereal, milk,coffee, tea, bread and jams. free secure parking on site. includes beach towels too.

being a foreign tourist and not having an Italian SIM card I rely on WIFI. They messaged me via booking.com whilst still at my previous hotel asking the time of my arrival and I responded that we were in the area is it possible to check in at 11am. not having signal I was not aware of their response that 11am is ok. by chance we arrived around 11.10am to see if it as ok. electric gate closed, side gate locked, reception door open, no one to be seen, I am shouting hello, check in, hello, walking around the perimeter of the premises. I can’t see anyone. we carry on with our day and return at 3pm for check in. when checking in I asked for the wifi, she said I have what’s app’ed you the wifi details, but I have no internet to retrieve the message. so you have to log on with your email and you will get a code. BUT I HAVE NO INTERNET TO GET TO MY EMAIL. eventually get on the internet logging in via Facebook/Instagram so then see their message that it was ok to check in at 11am. I was there but no one was there to greet me. if you are expecting someone at that time I expect you to be waiting at the reception for me. the gate needs some sort of doorbell. and bare in mind not all travellers especially when it states their country on booking.com, have access to Italian internet/phone. walls are thin can hear upstairs walking around. small TV. no bead knife.

Great location, first line. Parking. Swimming pool. Decent sun beds in the grounds. Took a room with 2 bedrooms and living room, could be suitable for 5-6 people. Spacious, very clean. Everything is new. Room has everything you need. A nice place! Best price/quality.

Best accommodation near Sirmione

We can totally recommend the apartments (especially with sea view). Super clean, the lake is seconds away, you can rent bikes and ride to Sirmione city centre within 10 minutes. Loved the service - so friendly and always available via WhatsApp. And of course best sunset view from our balcony! Thank you Tulipano Team

Ein perfekter Urlaub in einer perfekten Unterkunft!!!

Wir waren samstags für eine Woche angereist und schon um 10 Uhr angekommen. Die Zimmerschlüssel konnten wir dann nach vorheriger Rücksprache auch sofort in Empfang nehmen und ein paar Stunden früher einchecken als es in der Beschreibung angegeben war. Bei der Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und die Klimaanlage hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Gardasee war überragend. Diesbezüglich ist die tolle Lage der Unterkunft explizit hervorzuheben, da sich diese unmittelbar neben dem Gardasee befindet und man in ungefähr 1 Minute Gehzeit am Wasser ist. Die Gartenanlage mit ausreichend Sonnenliegen und der Pool waren darüber hinaus sehr gepflegt. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen und werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen :-)

Bei der gesamten Unterkunft mitsamt Gartenanlage gibt es keinerlei Kritikpunkte. Es hat einfach alles gepasst!

Netter Aufenthalt. Insgesamt für 1 Person zu teuer.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich!!!! Toller Blick vom Balkon auf den Gardasee! Der kostenfreie Parkplatz direkt in der Anlage.

TV -Gerät war nicht nutzbar, weil es nicht einen einzigen deutschen Sender gab. Schön wäre ein Liegestuhl auf dem Balkon gewesen. 70.- Euro Endreinigung ist vollkomen in Ordnung, nochmal extra 100,00 Euro für den Hund ( ein kleiner Havapoo der überhaupt nicht haart) also nach 4 Nächten 170,00 Euro für die Reinigung ist einfach zu viel.

Krásné památky, historie.

Pobyt byl beze stravy. V okolí byly obchody, restaurace. Italové výborně vaří z kvalitních surovin. Všechno nám chutnalo. Vynikající zmrzlina. Nakoupili jsme si domů. V Čechách je jídlo mnohem horší. Jsem zhnusená, kam jsem se to vrátila. Do Itálie se budu vracet.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt mit Wiederholungsbedarf

Es war traumhaft, aufgrund eines Problems im unteren Stockwerk erhielten wir ein kostenfreies Upgrade auf eins der besten Zimmer. Alles liebevoll hergerichtet, hatten wir dort einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Unsere Gastgeber Monica und Roberta begrüßten uns herzlich und waren überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und versorgten uns immer mit den neuesten Infos aus der Umgebung (Live Event, Märkte, etc.). Die Appartements sind wirklich sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist top - Liegewiese, Strand, Strandbar, kleiner Spielplatz und Volleyballfeld direkt vor der Tür und alles Notwendige ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Von uns gibt es eine 100%ige Weiterempfehlung!!! Am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen ❤️
