Great location right on the lake, with amazing views and incredible sunrises and sunsets.

Can’t think of anything, loved it.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for my husband's 50th birthday. Watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning and sunset from the adjacent terrace in the evening. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Alice was fatastic with information prior to arriving and very warm and friendly throughout our stay. We did 2 boat trips in 7 days to Bardolino and Lazise which were fabulous but we mostly enjoyed chilling on the balcony. Especially at the weekend when the small old town gets very crowded and boat queues are crazy. We enjoyed the beach area at the top of the peninsula- overlooked by a great little bar for a spritz. The apartment is situated half way between Colombare and the old town. We enjoyed the 20 minute walk around the lake to the larger supermarket or the smaller co-op 10-15 mins away. Lots of cafés for a cappuccino and pastry. It was a 10- 15 minute walk to the old town which we also enjoyed as that's part of the experience for us. There's always something to see. I would happily stay here again and visit different towns on the lake.

The apartment has a beautiful lake view, and the balcony is a real highlight. The space was a ok size for three people, and supermarkets are an easy drive away. Parking was free.

We stayed for 10 days during the holidays to relax after our busy lives in the city. However, our stay was too long given what the property offers. Despite booking the penthouse in September, we did not receive the unit with the front lake-view kitchen and lake-view bedroom, which was very disappointing. I wish we could reserve the exact apartment we chose at the time of booking to avoid such disappointment. Each apartment has a name, so this could be easily done. Noise was the biggest issue; we could hear everything from the apartments beside and below us. Most nights, we could hear people talking past midnight, and early in the morning. Additionally, the hot water was sometimes inconsistent, which was uncomfortable in December. Lastly, one cleaning was provided, but as a courtesy, since it is usually charged. Also you need to buy coffee pods since only a few are given; extras can be purchased from the hotel. Be aware of extras fees.
