Beautiful location but not very comfortable

The apartment has a beautiful lake view, and the balcony is a real highlight. The space was a ok size for three people, and supermarkets are an easy drive away. Parking was free.

We stayed for 10 days during the holidays to relax after our busy lives in the city. However, our stay was too long given what the property offers. Despite booking the penthouse in September, we did not receive the unit with the front lake-view kitchen and lake-view bedroom, which was very disappointing. I wish we could reserve the exact apartment we chose at the time of booking to avoid such disappointment. Each apartment has a name, so this could be easily done. Noise was the biggest issue; we could hear everything from the apartments beside and below us. Most nights, we could hear people talking past midnight, and early in the morning. Additionally, the hot water was sometimes inconsistent, which was uncomfortable in December. Lastly, one cleaning was provided, but as a courtesy, since it is usually charged. Also you need to buy coffee pods since only a few are given; extras can be purchased from the hotel. Be aware of extras fees.

Nice hotel but check in/out Policy shall be revised

Location is great, nice premises and easy to find, wanted to have front view apartment but they were taken. The hotel needs to look in to their check in/out policy. Check in after 16:00 and check out between 9-10 am. After some discussions we could check in at 15:00 and check out at 12:00 But over all it is nice hotel and Marco the owner is friendly and understanding person

It is a very beautiful place. There was plenty of room and we made ourselves at home for 3 days.

We wanted to eat our meals in the apartment. There was plenty of dishes and cookware but there was only a sponge/scrubber and one towel to clean up with. There were no napkins either. After asking for another drying towel and napkins, we had enough to last for 2 days. We ended up buying some napkins. There was only 2 coffee pods given by the hotel. We had to buy more if we wanted coffee, either from the office or at the grocery.

Waterfront. Amazing views. Walk to the restaurants and all of the sightseeing.

Unbeatable location. Immaculately clean unit. Fantastic view from all the rooms. Very well-designed kitchen. True waterfront, with an area to sunbathe, lounge chairs and umbrellas. Multitude of great dining options just a short stroll away. Easy leisure walk to the castle and the old city with all of the landmarks. Helpful and friendly hosts. Easy check-in and check-out. Absolutely happy with the last moment deal we got, we wish we could stay longer.

The parking is a bit tight to my liking. I had a small-ish car (DS-3), and it took me 3-4 takes to get from the gate into the spot. Could be a skill issue, we are from TX USA, our parking spots are enormous.The host does ask about the size of your car, and tries to pick the best spot available. If you want to get in and out of the lake directly from the property, there is a bit of athletics involved. There is a beach at the lot next to the building that is much easier. You just need to walk 100ft to it.

A wonderful stay at Casa Dei Pescatori

Casa Dei Pescatori was a lovely place to stay whilst exploring lake Garda and Sirmione - it was clean, equipped with a kettle, some breakfast croissants and tea bags. The bathroom had a lovely shower and plenty of towels and toiletries. A lovely terrace with beautiful views day and night.

Overall nice place with direct lake access.

Direct lake access, parking on property however super small and narrow, very friendly staff, we stayed in a nice but small room, not an apartment.

Either you have to take the car or walk quite a bit to get to good restaurants, shops etc. Tiny fridge, which was kind of broken. Difficult to have your own breakfast from a logistics point of view.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, which is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from plenty of great restaurants. Our apartment featured a large balcony with a beautiful view over the lake — a real highlight of our trip. Pros: • Plenty of sun loungers right by the water, perfect for relaxing. • Having direct access to the water beside the apartment was such a bonus. • Secure parking is available, which is essential as parking in Sirmione can be very difficult. • The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained. A special mention to Chiara, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond by helping to send a forgotten item back home to us. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Sirmione — we had no complaints at all.

The location was excellent and the flat provided all we needed. Access to the old town by shuttle or in foot was good and other facilities including boat and bus transport was terrific. Leaky kettle was a small annoyance. Great restaurant just downstairs

Beautiful appartment with incredible views.

Beautiful appartment. We had one of the penthouses. Right on the lakeside with private garden with sun loungers. Amazing views, even in bad weather!! Comfortable memory foam bed, decent kitchen facilities and plenty of wardrobe space for clothes.

As it sits in the middle of the peninsula, public transport was a little haphazard to get to the train station, and access to grocery store not easy without a car, but it was worth it for the stunning location, gorgeous appartment and super friendly helpful staff.

Great sunrise view apartment

Very nice apartment with lake view. The location is great. Walking distance to the heart of the city. The apartment is large and equipped with everything you need for a good vacation. There is a secured parking with a coded gate. Communication with the owners was very easy. I highly recommend it.

Simply great spot. Extremely nice service, clean, refurbished rooms, unique view, car park right beside the room with remote gate. Restaurants, castle, shops.. Everything near. If you are going to Verona, Milano, or just around the lake, Sirmione or any other of these beautiful cities at lower end on Garda are the best location. I will go there again.

Everywhere you must note the tax, which must be paid before leaving. The money goes to the city.

Great location - easy to walk into Sirmione but away from the madness! Room was nice though faced a busy road. Lovely terrace for drinks/relaxing. Good restaurant.

Wonderful stay

We stayed 3 nights in the suite and it was absolutely lovely. Beautiful balcony over looking the lake, a designated parking space, lovely jet bath, rainfall shower, fridge for groceries/breakfast, large comfy bed, gorgeous rooftop terrace, private entry into the lake from the garden, very welcoming host and lots of useful information for the surrounding area.

Amazing stay, amazing host and truly astonishing location! Highly recommended for anyone longing for a peace of mind in the middle of incredibly beautiful lakeside. The hostess Livia was heart-warming and very welcoming, the suite had all the necessary equipment and a jacuzzi. Also there was a very nice restaurant attached to the place, so you won't have any problems with having dinner AND a stunning view in a matter of 2 minutes walk.
