Casa Tramonto sul lago

The apartment is located in a condominium in a quieter part of Sirmione, in a neighborhood with gardens. It features well-designed rooms and free parking, and is just a few minutes’ walk from a wonderful, natural grassy beach (Spiagga Brema) with natural shade from the trees. But this more natural beach—which isn’t crowded even in the summer—also has a great bar with simple yet delicious food and drinks. The otherwise quiet central area is just a few minutes’ walk away, with more great restaurants, bars, and shops. Sirmione’s more touristy old town is a quarter of an hour away by car or bike. And what I never grew tired of: the panoramic view of the lake from the balcony and the living room, both in the evening and in the morning. In the morning, the lake and the mountains on the opposite shore bathed in the rising sunlight; in the evening, the magnificent sunsets and the sun sinking behind the mountains; at night, the stars alongside the lights of the lake and the towns on the opposite shore. All this with a magnificent cedar tree on the street.

There were no mugs or wine glasses in the apartment, so I had to buy some. An even bigger problem was that there was only one air conditioner for the entire apartment, which meant we couldn’t make the air comfortable during the day until several days after our arrival. We also had to use the blinds and keep the windows closed to protect ourselves from the heat outside, even though the apartment isn’t on the top floor. In my opinion, an apartment this size should have more and modern, quieter units—and they should be in the rooms, not in the hallway. This situation greatly detracted from our enjoyment of the apartment, even though we’re not big fans of air conditioning and didn’t even run it at night.

Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, csendes, kényelmes akár 6 embernek is. A kilátás csodálatos, mindenütt van redőny és szúnyogháló is. Két fürdőszoba van, ami megkönnyítette a mindennapokat. A konyha alap szinten felszerelt.

A szálláson elvileg van WiFi, de nem volt. A látnivalókról így nehezebb volt utánaolvasni. Jeleztük a kiadónak, de nem foglalkozott az észrevétellel. A konyhában egyetlen bögre volt, nem volt burgonyahámozó, semmiféle fűszer, olaj, vagy só.
