Great location, very clean and modern, good bathrooms. In quiet and pretty suburbs with cafes and restaurants close by and very short walk to the lake and shuttle bus going to the historic centre, or, pretty walk to the peninsula approx 35 mins. Free parking on site was a helpful bonus. Host was communicative and very helpful. Key box arrangements worked well. Would definitely return - we loved Sirmione.
WiFi could have been more consistent and would be helpful to have a cover or parasol on the balcony to protect from daytime heat.
