location is perfect, just few minutes from Garda lake. Nice pools, children were having lots of fun
Very small app, AC was not working as well as accepted, so it was really hot inside.

Location, facilities, staff
It can be cheaper.
For example the rent a bike price is too high for guests.

On arrival, staff were pleasant and helpful. Accommodation was spacious and good value for money.
Swimming pool, bar area and mini market wasn’t open during our stay. However, there are other facilities and amenities available nearby.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would visit again in the future.

Liked the pool, but considering early season we may have been located without neighbours but we didn’t hence complaints about sitting outside on the terrace late (No alternatives)
Space to stay long at night

The village is well maintained. We slept well. The lake view area was nice. The check in process was fast. Our friends came and stayed at our patio too.
The kitchen utensils were few.

The reseptionist did send us to town a closed "ocean xxx" (forgot the name) to get cheaper Tickets for gardaland because she said ist is still open. Saturday at 18 she said its open till 19. It was only open till 12. If she doesent know she coud have called there...but not telling people for sure and then it turned out to be wrong...
As i told her later she did not even excuse...
Both receptionist were without any friendliness oder happiness with there job...

Good price-value
Comfort bungalow is very basic. Doesn't look like you see on booking photos. Strong chemical smell inside after cleaning, that wasn't so good as we found hair in bathroom. Also you need to pay for towels and linen.

comfortable camping right on Lake Garda. the center is well-kept, clean and safe. we parked comfortably close to our house, we had pools right next to it and a path to the lake. the campsite has a shop, cafe and restaurant. cultural guests, our neighbors did not make any noise, we felt very well throughout our stay. we chose maxicaravan prestige. it had a lot of space inside, good kitchen and bathroom equipment and a large porch
paid wifi access and beds far too soft. as a vegan, I had a poor selection of dishes in the restaurant and products in the store

- Animation team were good
- Pools are nice with plenty of sun loungers
- Reception staff were very sympathetic and helpful when we experienced unhygienic conditions in our accommodation. We were quickly moved to a new unit and offered a voucher for their restaurant/ bar.
- there’s a bus stop 5 mins walk from the entrance gates with buses running from Brescia to Verona passing through Desenzano, Sirmione and Peschiera.
- cleaning standards are poor
- the whole campsite is very dated compared to others we have stayed in
- maxi caravans are tightly spaced so no privacy
- Wi-Fi is expensive, so my teenagers weren’t happy (we just used our data)
- on-site Supermarket closes between 12.30-3.30 so make sure you’ve got your lunch supplies early!
- Gates leading to the campsite from the lakeside path are locked around 11pm. So if u walk back this way late at night it’s a long long long way back around to the main entrance. A key fob entry system would be extremely helpful here.

Very nice place for families. Even though we visited in the summer peek, the pool cacpacity was reasonably good and no waiting lines for morning groceries. The location great for trips to villages at the lakeside, but also Verona and Brescia.
The bungalow beds were not so good. Wifi is not cheap and not everywhere available.

large bed
Everything was an extra charge from linens, towels to wi-fi. Moreover, access to wifi was limited to a certain area. The cottages were of a very low standard that was totally inadequate for the price. The cottages were in very close proximity to each other, everyone could see several neighbors around, so the downside was the lack of privacy. A swimming cap was required in the pool, which was not mentioned earlier (the cap could be purchased at the resort, which generated additional costs). The resort is huge, and if you want to stay in the cheapest bungalow you have to walk very far, as they are located at the very end. There is a very poorly stocked supermarket on site. The beach at the facility is very small and rocky. You have to pay for literally everything. The facility has a bicycle rental service that does not work. I do not recommend, I will not return.
