Peaceful & relaxing

This was a very last minute booking (the night before) as the accommodation we were staying in was unfit. The host was very accommodating with letting us check in early (as we had food we needed to store), and on hand if we needed anything. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed and check in was very quick and easy. The view was beautiful, over the pool and the mountains. It is great that each apartment has allocated sun beds, although it was so quiet anyway - perfect for relaxation. It is a 5 minute walk to the supermarket, and and 15 minute walk into the little town with restaurants and markets. Perfect location to explore the surrounding areas, and we would definitely go back.

The only thing I would say is that the shower head could do with replacing - but apart from that it was just what we wanted!

Great place for a little get away in Italy

Good location, clean facility, and very clean pool! Near to supermarket, the little town of Sirmione.

Some cushions for the sunbeds would have been great There was a break from 1-3 and we were not able to use the pool which was a little long if you are travelling with kids.

Really nice place. Well located even if you don't have a car. We walked everywhere and it was OK. There is a big supermarket and bus stop 5 min away, as well as restaurants and coffee shops 15 min away. We got the 2 bedroom, top floor apartment (pool view) and it was great. Super clean, wine as welcome gift, extra pillows, and washing machine. The terrace is really nice and we enjoyed some wine and nibbles watching the sunset. Lovely pool area. Good communication with host. She was really accommodating to meet for check in and helped us book a taxi for the day we left.

Can't think of anything. Just be careful at night with the lights: if you leave them on, close the windows as otherwise you'll get a lot of little bugs inside (as they are attracted by the light).

The location is really nice and the staff very friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you! :)

The apartment was very nice and clean. Possibility for barbecue and outdoor activities. Tho pool was great and we enjoyed the tennis field as well.

The toilet paper could have been of better quality. We were also missing paper towels in the kitchen, but this are extras. In total everything else was better than expected.

Lovely days by Lake Garda

We are a family of 4 and stayed at Residence Parco in April. We definitely recommend this accommodation (especially if they will add the option to get a baby crib :) ) Very good location, great garden for kids and we can imagine that the pool is a popular place on a bit hotter days. We highly recommend renting bikes (we got great service from Il Ciclista di Sirmione Bike Rent) and riding to Desenzano. Sirmione is a very beutiful area.

Better knives to spread butter on bread would be good. I think the fire protection could also be improved.

Fabulous

Maura was very kind and helpfull The kitchen and table outside are comfortable The swimming pool and tennis court are nice attracktions The location is good - near Sirmione, supermarket and resturants Washine machine is uysufull for long stay

The area is near the lake so there are many flying insects around and you need to keep the door\windows close. This is not a hotel. You don't get cleanning service or towel replacment.

Everything was great, we are 2 adults and 3 children (14, 11 and 1 y.o.). Large balcony, swimming pool, sports and children's playground, parking. Very clean everywhere and lovely owners. Opposite the market, close to the lake and restaurants. One of the best our holidays! Thank you! Grazie! a bit far from the Sirmione old town, but we had bikes and it was not a problem!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort.

Die Lage war für unsere Ansprüche sehr gut. Das Appartement war für 2 Personen geräumig, es gab eine sehr große Terrasse. Der Pool war gut erreichbar und alles war sehr sauber und sehr ruhig. Wir waren Mitte September dort. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr nett und hat bei Fragen schnell und zuverlässig geantwortet.

Im großen und ganzen war alles tip top. Wir hatten ein paar Probleme mit den vergleichsweise harten Matratzen. Im Bad war der obere Rahmen der Duschkabine gebrochen wodurch sich die Türen der Duschkabine schwierig öffnen und schließen ließen. Es ist uns zwar immer gelungen, jedoch hatten wir stets Sorge, dass noch mehr kaputt geht.

Bella Residence Parco

Wir wurden direkt empfangen. Es wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Fragen stellen war auch kein Problem. Alles ging schnell und zügig. Es ist vor Ort sehr professionell und freundlich abgelaufen. Ich würde die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Der Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Für Spaziergänge eignet sich die Umgebung ebenfalls sehr gut. In Apartment 6 gab es einen tollen Ausblick auf den See und die Berge. Es war bis auf einen Abend auch sehr ruhig hier war aber die angrenzende Bar sehr laut- das kann man nicht auf die Unterkunft schieben. Die Waschmaschine hat unseren Urlaub gerettet denn so konnten wir direkt unsere Kleidung waschen- mit Kleinkind perfekt.

Mein Partner fand die Betten nicht so gut. Und ich persönlich hätte mich noch über einen Toaster gefreut. Sind aber alles Dinge die den Urlaub nicht getrübt haben.

Super séjour. Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement. Les informations de l'hôte sont très claires L'endroit est idéal, au calme. L'appartement est confortable et pratique. A 2 pas des commerces et surtout du lac.

Petit bémol pour les voisins du dessus très bruyant de 5h30 a 7h du matin. Pas de chance.

Apartament w spokojniejszej okolicy, 5 minut spacerkiem do marketu i około 10 minut na plażę. Przesympatyczne właścicielki, stały kontakt w trakcie pobytu. Super basen, kort tenisowy i ta przestrzeń, mega plus. Sam apartament skromny, ale czysty ze wszystkim co potrzebne. Spędziliśmy tam super czas i szczerze polecam.

Nic. Ewentualna sugestia, aby ta zwykła szmatkę do mycia podłóg zamienić na mopa z wiadrem :)

Super fint ophold og vi kunne sagtens finde på, at vende tilbage hertil.

Det lå i rolige omgivelser, men tæt ved indkøb, strand og centrum. Fin lejlighed og der var pænt og rent og parkering lige ved døren. Sød og rar udlejer, som vi havde en god kommunikation med.

Feiner und gemütlicher Aufenthalt in Sirmione dank Residence Parco

Die Residence ist fein und der Pool ist groß. In den Appartments hat man alles was man braucht. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein riesen DANKE an Signora Maura für ihren unkomplizierten Einsatz beim ankommen. Da ich nicht richtig gelesen habe, mussten wir Zimmer tauschen weil wir ein barrierefreies brauchten und ich auch nicht gelesen habe , das es keinen Lifz gibt in die oberen Stockwerke. Ich kann die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen..

Schönes Apartment mit Pool und Tennisplatz

Sehr nette Gastgeber, Apartment groß genug für 2 Erwachsene + Kind, Schöne Terrasse um im Freien zu Essen, gepflegter Garten, gut eingerichtete Küche, toller Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm, Tennisplatz und Grillmöglichkeit vorhanden (haben wir aber nicht benutzt), etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, Supermarkt in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, zum Gardasee auch nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, Restaurants in der Nähe. Für uns alles bestens - wir kommen wieder.
