This is a great, clean place with everything you need. It has a nice pool and a big balcony with a great view. It's quiet and the host is really nice and helpful. The location is handy for everything - you can walk to supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and pharmacies. We had a great stay, thanks to our host.

Superb

I stayed with my family for 3 nights, out of season (Easter). The apartment on ground floor was very quiet, lots of privacy. Everything was as on the pictures. Location is perfect - very close to the lake, shops and cafe's. Quite far from the old town - I recommend using the public transport. Te host provided great tips and information about Sirmione. We had a really pleasant stay.

Kitchen was very well equipped, but there was very little work space on the kitchen top. Not a big issue for a short stay :)

A wonderful relaxing break in a lovely place.

A very friendly kind welcome and goodbye. Such a helpful host who kept in touch making sure everything was okay. Just outside the very busy area in a quiet safe location but just a 7 min bus ride into the centre 1.50€. The pool was cold but it was late September but I still gave it a go. Great place and host. I hope to return again next year.

the location was v good and close to public transport and nice restaurants. the apartment was v clean. we were a family of three and it was perfect. the pool was lovely and the lift was v helpful with a buggy

Lovely self catered apartment with pool

Good location to local restaurants. It is 10mins walk to nearby beach and from there you can walk around the lake. 10mins walk takes you to a bus stop to get to the old town of Sirmione. The pool is not heated but gets sun and shade during the day. Nice kitchenette well equipped.

Calm and relaxing stay with great pool area

The large terrace was terrific and we really liked the pool so much. Close to Sirmione and alot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The calmness about this place was a great complement to the crowded historical center of Sirmione.

The beds were a bit hard and the kitchen utensils could use an update.

We absolutely loved our stay in Sirmione Rosselli Appartments. Situated very close to the lake and to shopping facilities we had a stunning time. Everything was very clean and comfy, we got a bed and a stool for the baby without problems and the surrounding was quiet and relaxed. We also love the nice pool and the garage for our car. Vanessa welcomed us very warmly and kind at our arrival and explained all matters necessary to know. We highly recommend this stay. Xxx

Great hospitality and well-kept place!

Even before arrival we had a very nice exchange with Vanessa, she is very friendly and supportive. At the arrival she gave us a lot of useful information about the area. The apartment has everything a holiday flat needs including underground parking and pool. Well-kept and clean complex in a quiet area. 3 minutes walk to the lake side and to the shuttle bus to Sirmione. Supermarket, restaurants and cafes are also nearby.

Great location: very close to the lake, calm area, fresh air, walking distance to the bus stop and supermarkets. Great host Nicola: he was very friendly, always willing to help and sometimes even exceeding our expectations. Nice town Sirmione with many things really worth seeing! Would definitely recommend this Appartments.

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Lage ist gut. Nur einige Minuten vom See und von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Es waren alle wichtigen Küchengeräte vorhanden und auch eine Grundausstattung an Kaffeekapseln, Öl, Salz und Pfeffer etc. Die Terrasse ist groß und rundherum ist es grün. Es gibt einen schönen Pool im Garten.

Der Tiefgaragenplatz (Wohnung 7) ist eine Herausforderung. Da man in der Garage nicht wenden kann, muss man die gesamte Einfahrt rückwärts hinausfahren.

Mancavano alcune piccole cose in cucina come tovaglia, asciugapiatti e spugnetta per lavare i piatti (memori di precedenti esperienze li avevamo portati da casa), e gli asciugamani per il bidet.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war modern und zweckmässig. Es gab eine sehr grosse Terrasse, eine Tiefgaragenbox und einen Aufzug.

Es hat länger gebraucht, bis die Räume warm und trocken waren.. Da ich schon älter bin, hätte ich mir etwas mehr Bequemlichkeit gewünscht, wie z.B. einen bequemen Sessel, eine etwas geräumigere Dusche und in der Küche leichteres Geschirr - vor allem Tassen. Silvia hat mich darauf hingewiesen, dass der Abfall getrennt werden muss und wo man ihn entsorgen kann. Ich wusste aber nicht, dass beim Verlassen der Wohnung dieser auch entfernt werden muss, da ja eine Endreinigung im Preis inkludiert war. Zum Glück hat Silvia sich bereit erklärt, dies zu erledigen. Danke!

Appartamento molto confortevole dotato di tutto il necessario, situato in una posizione tranquilla e strategica, perfetta per raggiungere Sirmione centro anche a piedi, e allo stesso tempo comoda per spostarsi in località vicine. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, precisa e molto disponibile. Possibilità di concordare l'orario del check in/out in base alle esigenze. Consigliato!
