Apartment in a residence with swimming pool, located in the prestigious town of Sirmione, just a few steps from the lake and beach.
The apartment welcomes guests with a spacious and bright living room equipped with a double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen. The living room overlooks a private balcony furnished with a small table and chairs. The sleeping area consists of the master bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and a private balcony with a view of the swimming pool, and a second bedroom completely new and modernised with two single beds (one and a half places) and wardrobe. The layout of this apartment is completed by the bathroom with bathtub, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine.
*The garage measures: 5 x 2.45 m h 1.90 m
*The swimming pool at the Residence is available from 15 May to 30 September, from 9 am to 8 pm. The use of a swimming cap is required.

For cycling enthusiasts, it is possible to take part in an itinerary discovering Lugana Wine whilst pedalling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the thermal centre offers everything needed to regenerate and find serenity and wellbeing, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow hot from the bottom of the lake.
