Great location right next to the castle :)

An apartment in the very centre, right next to the castle. Clean and spacious. Kitchenette, iron and towels available :) Very convenient for sightseeing, about a 4-minute walk to the ferry, where you can set off to explore other places on Lake Garda.

Bedroom has a sliding door. Quite stuck, hard to open and close. Lack of proper pointy sharp knife in the kitchen.

Needs some changes...

Amazing location, right next to the castle. One step from all the bars, shops, and restaurants. The staff was very helpful, nice and kind.

The house was clean but needs to change some things. The sofa was really dirty. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and as a double bed, shouldn't have 2 single mattresses. Not comfortable sleeping with a crack in the middle. The apartment smells old. There's a few important items missing in the kitchen as clothes, Corkscrew.. The kitchen should have basic things as soap. The toaster was very dirty.

Central location entrance difficult to find late at night arrival

The apartment was difficult to find I arrived at 3 am, there was no one around to help direct me to the entrance of the apartment, shoukd consider putting a picture of this in the main body of the hotel photos , ive added a photo to the review help any other guests in my position

neglected potential of accommodation

Apartment in the centre of Sirmione, not recommended for familierni because of hard nosím untill dep nighte. good Service with parking and luggage nové to the apartment

The apartment was wet and the AC and ceiling in the bathroom was mouldy. Manx unfinished or damaged works as a broken power sockets, missing handle in kitchen cabinet, one of the lights is not working. Remote TV controller has powerless batteries. the windows are thin so you can hear everything from the street. this apartment is not recommended. also in the check out they went new payment approximately 300€ higher then in booking page.

Really good location and great cleanliness. Was also good having the kitchen and living room area.

Was hoping to find some sort of washing drying facilities. Another thing is if you dont have a car its a bit a walk to pick up and drop off the keys.

Nice place where we would return

Great location. Great communication with host. Apartment has everything you going to need. Dishes, pans etc. Pleasant stay. Recommended.

The place should have some kind of hooks in bathroom for towels etc. That would be convenient. And stove was a little complicated to use.

We enjoyed our stay in the property very much. The distance between the key pick-up point and the property is too great

Although very difficult to find (the directions given by the reception staff at the key pick up point were very vague) the location is absolutely great. 2 minutes from the ferry terminal and right in the heart of the old town.

Although clearly a self-catering property, the lack of washing up/drying materials was disappointing. We also ran out of toilet paper and were unable to locate a shop to purchase additional paper!

Don't go for it. It doesn't meet expectations.

Shuttle system (from Grifo parking lot to hotel) works well. Nice air-conditioning. Location (mixed feelings). Nice and central, but noisy neighborhood.

Description on the website is extremely misleading. Many of the facilities listed are inexistent. Staff was unfriendly. It didn't have WiFi, and internet and phone reception is rather poor. It is terrible smelly in the bathroom (dirty pipes)

Pleasant

The location was great - in the very historic center of Sirmione. Also the house was very cosy.

The location could be a bit noisy - as mentioned it it in the historic city center. The quality of the Wi-Fi in the room was really bad. To the extent that I regularly switched to the free Wi-Fi of Sirmione municipality and it was significantly better.

Great location in the middle of old city center.

We arrived in Sirmione by boat. Despite the fact that the pier is a few meters from the apartment, we had to go for the keys in a 15-20 minute walk with all the suitcases. The shower was broken and water exploded out through the pipe joints. The floor is scratched, dishes for 2 people only (we were 3 - 2 adults, 1 kid). Very noisy, absolutely no sound insulation from the outside. Thin curtains that interfere in the morning.

Fantastic place

Location is absolutely perfect! Right in the middle of Sirmione old town, everything is around. Apartment is tiny, but really nice and tidy. Great view from the windows, a lot of nice restaurants around.

Very good value for the money

In the sole city center. AC. All the facilities included. Prebooked parking with the shuttle transport.

They can improve certain things in the apartment to increase the quality of your stay. For example: the ventilation system sometimes emits an unpleasant odor, the walls are dirty at the bottom, it feels that it has not been renovated for some time.

Lake Garda

The apartment was clean and the view of the castle was cool from the balcony.

The property was a lot smaller than we expected. We are a family of 4. It was a great location for sightseeing around the area. Extremely touristy and busy on weekends. The apartment served our needs though.

Size; although capacity may say 4 people, real situation seems more like for 2 when we talk about bathroom and foldable kitchen corner sofa. If more than 2 people then it’s really about getting a sleep and spending more time outside ....

Loved the location and ambiente of Sirmione

Location was amazing. Right in heart of Sirmione with little balcony with castle. Check-in (key pick up) and check-out (key drop) was very easy. Apartment has everything you need for your stay.

We were struggling to find the entrace for a while. Address provided was showing different location. Maybe providing a small map when collecting keys would be awesome.

Die Lage

Steile Wendeltreppe, billig, ausgestattet, keine Fenster, teilweise desolat und sehr abgewohnt drei Lampen funktionieren nicht, WC Deckel wackelt, Räume in der Dachschräge zu nieder, man kann kaum aufrecht stehen.
