Beautiful old building with interesting architecture and the chandeliers were fabulous. It was great for our group of 8 adults.
It is self contained so be prepared to bring essentials ( toilet paper). I do think a couple extra rolls at the house would be great for guests. They provide a small amount at check in.

Spacious place with all the amenities you could need for a couple of days stay in Venice. Great location, you could reach all main attractions by walking. Flexible and friendly staff.
One of the beds looked like the foot was going to break. It was aonly an ornamental foot so the bed was still really stable but we were afraid of breaking it all the time. Anyway, just a minor thing, the place is great.

Rooms were very big, nice living room and kitchen.
There were no air conditioners inside the bedrooms, just outside in the living room and hall. If you kept the bedroom door opened, it was cool so we were not hot but we were not able to close our bedroom door at night for privacy.
