The location was absolutely perfect. It is incredibly close to St. Mark's Square, making it very convenient for sightseeing, yet the area itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful.

I guess a 3pm entry and 1000 exit, for a short trip, is not great and could be more flexible. Pulling cases to go to the hotel to drop off at 11am to then go back at 3pm to pull back to the apartments does not really work.

Check is very good although it was made at a hotel which owns the property about 10 minutes away from the property. Very good location for exploring Venice. The property would benefit from a fresh paint work. The bathroom was fine with a good shower, but the sealant around the shower needs replacing. The fridge needed a deep clean but we never used this anyway.
Paint work needs refreshing. Kitchen fridge seals not clean. Shower sealant needs replacing.
