Very compact, well designed and well equipped flat with nice little terrace; the induction hub and the shower were excellent; an delightful and quiet location which didn't feel touristy, yet only about 10 mins from San Marco piazza, and very close to the fine San Zaccaria church.
There was a local power cut soon after arrival. ALthough we requested both keys incase of a second outage, we were only given one. However, the cleaning or caretaking lady did come round quickly, after I contacted the number given, with the external door key, and luckily there wasn't another cut. Also there were some biting mosquitoes so I recommend a note is put somewhere about how best to deal with them (there was a repellent tablet fitted to a plug socket and a few spares).

Location was excellent. Short walk to the places of interest and restaurants, in a quiet location.
I requested beds to be made up as singles in the main bedroom for myself and my daughter. This didn't happen. When we arrived it was made up as a double.

Such a lovely apartment. 2 bedrooms with comfy beds,large front room with dining table and balcony. The balcony was sunny and a lovely start to the day. The location was amazing, 5 minutes sant marcs square and the rialto bridge. Highly recommend.
Check in is not until 4pm then you have to check out by 10am. We are not early risers on holiday and found this very annoying. In the UK checkout is 12.

The property was very central to the main areas of Venice. Walkable from everything and also the ferries.
It wasn’t very clean, the bathrooms smelled after awhile. The whole apartment was infested with mosquitoes, with dead mosquito stains all over the ceiling and walls. We kept the windows closed all day but they still managed to get in. The main bedroom also had a mattress that had a massive dent in it, which no one could sleep in it without hurting their backs. The aircon sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t, making the bedrooms to be super hot on some nights.
