We loved this apartment. Everything was just perfect. Location is fabulous! Near S.Marco and other places to visit! The host is very helpful and very friendly. Our apartment was in the second floor with a view to a canal. There is no elevator (info for those who maybe need one) but we didn’t need that.

The apartment is BEAUTIFUL. It’s spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and feels like a romantic getaway. Those WINDOWS!! We opened the windows in the morning to the quiet and stillness listening to birds, the clock tower and over looking the canal waterway where gondalas pass by through the daytime and evening. Kitchen is PERFECT. It’s located a 5 min walk from the water bus/taxi drop off and restaurants and cafes are around the corner!! It’s seriously the PERFECT location and quietly tucked away at the same time. The dual air conditioning units are beautiful and the bathroom is spacious. Alessandro is extremely helpful and responsive. He has all the advice you need! First time to Venice? Take a private water taxi in for the thrill and experience! It was the best entrance to this place!! You will NOT be disappointed renting this space. It feels like a magazine. This is the best place I have rented in all my travels. The feedback comments framed along the entrance will prove this to you! Picture of the green door is the apartment entrance and three restaurants right on that corner.

Just be aware of the long and short instep stairs, which are gorgeous by the way! This is just Europe and Italy in general, but we had two flights up in the apartment and once shorter set outdoors to get to the place. We had a small issue with ants in the kitchen only. It’s a hot summer in Venice and this is just a problem when that happens in our own country in Canada. Alessandro addressed it immediately.

We had a wonderful stay at this place in Venice! It's perfectly located near St. Mark’s Square, making it easy to explore the city. Public transportation is a breeze, with quick access to boats, the airport, and trips to Murano and Burano. The room was beautiful, featuring a lovely balcony that let in plenty of natural light. The climate control kept everything comfortable during my stay. I highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Venice!
