They contacted me over whatsapp and gave me instructions on how to get the key.
they charged me 40 euros extra because I checked in at 8pm- I thought this was unfair given that I was on an international flight- these things should be flexible.

Beautiful and large apartment in a great location, quiet but a short walk to Vaporetto and biennale. Ulderico was kind and gave great directions and recommendations and the place was very clean and had hotel-like amenities which I appreciated.
Too many scents, febreze smell plus cologne plus air fresheners was too much for me.
