Altea San Marco Apartment - 5 Minutes to San Marco square & view

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. It’s much bigger than it looks in the photos, very clean, and everything is really well organized. Everything you might need is there, from a coffee machine to an iron. The location is perfect, only a few minutes’ walk from St. Mark’s Square. Ulderico was an amazing host: friendly, thoughtful, and always quick to reply. You can really see that he cares about his guests and wants them to have the best possible stay. We would happily stay here again. He is one of the most attentive and thoughtful hosts we’ve ever met. 😊

Everything was perfect

Ulderico was a very friendly and welcoming host. The house was very nice, perfectly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing, ideal for exploring Venice on foot. We had a wonderful experience and definitely want to visit again. Highly recommended!

Casa molto bella e vicina a San Marco, vicina all’Arsenale. Letto bagno cucina, tutto comodo e con tutto il necessario. Host gentile e preciso nell’accoglienza e nelle informazioni. Via non rumorosa.

Our stay at the Altea Apartment in Venice was wonderful. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful place to relax. The apartment itself was immaculate and beautifully maintained. Having a washing machine and drying rack was especially helpful and made our extended stay much more convenient and efficient. The apartment was absolutely breathtaking, with a charm and beauty that made every day feel special. It provided the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing and memorable visit. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the Altea Apartment to anyone visiting Venice.
