Everything! The location, big rooms, clean, food wifi everything! We were met by a staff member who gave us a folder with recommendations where to eat drink etc! Showed us how to use the facilities, like the coffee machine, he was very funny and kind. The host was in constant contact with us telling us what water busses to use and what to do if we got stopped and asked for passports or proof of city tax!

Posizione ottima, perfetta per raggiungere a piedi le maggiori attrattive della città in circa dieci minuti (come il ponte di Rialto o piazza San Marco). Pulizia eccellente, l’appartamento é esattamente corrispondente alle fotografie! Staff professionale: un grazie speciale alla co host Camilla, che ci ha fornito un sacco di informazioni utili per il soggiorno! Assolutamente CONSIGLIATO!

The location is great. The apartment is very clean and comfortable.
Need to read the description and rules very good. The visitors may be charged late check-in commission if they check-in after 5pm. Or due to specific case of Venice, you might need to look for the boat to throw your thrash at 8.30 in the morning you are leaving.
