Maria was a wonderful host and the apartment was lovely and well equipped. Close to S.Marco and the S. Zaccharia vaporetto stops, but in a quiet street with easy access to many restaurants. A short walk to a supermarket and convenience store, and other places such as Campo Santa Maria Formosa where the Santa Maria Formosa restaurant was probably the best we have eaten at in seven visits to Venice over 20 years. You must be prepared for 39 steps up to the apartment but worth the trip every time.

Un logement idéalement situé proche de la place San Marco et facile d’accès. Une propriétaire adorable. Un appartement parfaitement équipé et bien grand, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour démarrer le séjour. Nous le recommandons vivement

Maria was a lovely host. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great and we had all we needed.
The bed is two single beds pushed together which was a bit uncomfortable
