The location is excellent, quiet and close to amenities. Marco provided a lot of information and was very helpful. When there was a problem he was very quick to help. He also did his best to accommodate an early check-in. The apartment had everything we needed.
The apartment could have been a bit cleaner (although this could be due to a rushed turn-around to accommodate our early check-in). There was a leak in the shower but when I informed Marco he assured me it would be repaired and we were able to use it without too much trouble. All in all, it was just a little rough around the edges but I believe that it was reflected in the price and certainly didn't affect our holiday.

The location was perfect, nice neighborhood, at night it was alive but not to crowded. Easy access and easy to find. Easy communication with the host. Clean toilet. Most of the places were on walking distance. Overall all good.
I didn’t like the marks of killed mosquitoes on the walls. Some of the dishes were not washed properly with leftovers so I needed to rewash everything. Two separate mattresses on a double bed it wasn’t very comfortable sleeping.

The location is perfect - central, yet away from the tourist crowds, with beautiful streets full of locals.
The property is older and really needs some renovation. It wasn’t dirty, but you can tell from the old equipment that this can’t be fixed with cleaning alone - it actually needs a proper renovation.
You will be outside anyway ;)
