VENICE. A few steps from the Rialto bridge, in a typical Venetian setting, Ca 'del Ciliegio is a beautiful house built around a private garden. With independent access, it is composed of: entrance, dining room, kitchen, a double and a triple room, living room with two sofa beds, two bathrooms, garden equipped with tables and chairs. It is located on the ground floor, has only one step in the entrance and 4 inside, equipped with handrails. The shower is equipped with grab bars and easy to access.
It can be suitable for people with reduced mobility, also because from the vaporetto stop there are no bridges to overcome. The route from the station / airport to the house is without architectural barriers.
The house offers an extremely relaxing atmosphere, immersed in silence and surrounded by other gardens.
Located in a typical corner of Venice in the Cannaregio area, off the beaten track but 5 minutes from Rialto and the main attractions. The entrance is adjacent to the building where Francesco Guardi, the famous Venetian painter, lived in the 18th century.
Renovated in April 2019, it offers a kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge and freezer, stove and everything useful for cooking.
New Bisazza mosaic bathroom with large shower for easy access and safety handles, sink which can also be used while sitting, washing machine.
There is an extendable table for 6/8 people in a cozy dining room, equipped with air conditioning. Walking through the bright corridor with only 4 steps you arrive at the second bathroom, the living room and the night area, as well as the access to the garden, which can be illuminated in the night.
The second bathroom is smaller but has a shower. The master bedroom has two windows overlooking a garden of another property, a large wardrobe with sliding doors and a bed of 160 cm. The largest room has two single beds with a possible sofa bed, equipped with wardrobe and independent access to the garden. Both with air conditioning and controlled mechanical ventilation
In the living room, with direct access to the garden, there are two single sofa beds, air con and satellite television connected to the internet.
The patio has been completeli renovated, with a new flooring and new plants and flowers. A large table with 8 chairs is already present and usable, covered by a bower.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO condo in Venice! The accommodations were great, and the courtyard was absolutely amazing – we loved sitting out in the sun to enjoy our breakfast each morning. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise.Irene was the perfect host, going above and beyond to help us arrange travel, taxis, and recommend great places to eat. She made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable.Highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone visiting Venice!

Hostess was wonderful!! She stayed in communication with us from the airport to the vaparetto to the apartment. She was super friendly, helpful, and attentive. The apartment was superbly organized and clean. The hostess had things for us to use, such as olive oil, which was much appreciated so we didn't have to buy things we couldn't use up in the short time we were there.

Accueil sympathique de Paola. Maison plutôt agréable, en revanche il est indiqué 3 chambres, le salon ne peut pas vraiment faire office de chambre car il s'agit d'un lieu de passage entre les 2 chambres.
Nous avons eu la malchance de séjourner lors d'un épisode d'acqua alta et n'avions pas été prévenu d'une possible inondation de la maison, ce qui nous a valu quelques désagréments...
